Great Replacement! Thank Goodness
We went to make bread, and had no padel! No bread was made that day. The replacement fit right into the slot, just as the old one did. There is no chipping or tarnish after multiple uses.We do find that it tends to bake into the bread more than the original, so just remember to check the bottom before eating.

The recipes and machine itself creates dense bread

Does not fit CBK-110
Does not fit CBK-110. The interior of the paddle, where it fits onto the machine, is shaped incorrectly, so it is not flush with the bottom of the mixer. As a result, the dough is not mixed properly, and bread comes out stodgy because all the liquid settles to the bottom, beneath where the paddle can reach.

Works but not a tight fit
It works but did take some work getting the dough all out of the paddle since it was not flush with the bottom of the bread pan.

Does not fit cuisinart bread maker
I purchased this as a replacement for my paddle that ended up in the disposal. Immediately noticed they were different sizes and upon trying to place it in the bread maker, it did not go all the way down on to the metal shaft like the original (see photos). This would not work for my breadmaker.

The non-stick paint chipped
After 1 use I noticed the non-stick paint chipped. Which means it’s now carcinogenic! Once paint chips it becomes toxic and leaks into the food. I was sad to see it chipped and I tossed the bread that I made.
