Great product and great customer service
Mouse is easy to use just put the batteries in, connect to your device and done! I did have a problem with the scrolling but after messaging them I was able to get it handled. Great customer service, they were easy to work with and I am very pleased with their service and product.

I brought this month’s ago and use it everyday for work. It was easy to connect and setup. It has a long lasting charge as I charge it maybe every 2 weeks to once a month. It has always helped greatly with my carpatunnel. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Stopped being working right
Loved it and it was exactly what my wrist needed but after 2 months it started not aiming well and I couldn’t use the left clicker. Went back to using the wired mouse that hurts my wrist

Freezes constantly
It’s a cute mouse but not so practical when it turns red like in the picture the pointer on screen disappears or freezesIt is comfortable but maybe try another brand instead I do like the mouseMaybe it’s best to use at home but for a fast pace area like work it’s not the best

Truly ergonomic and amazing for the price! Took away 1 star because it eats batteries and when low it skips instead of slowing down. Took me some time to figure it out. This is my second purchase of the same mouse. I really love it overall.

Performance
Purchased little over a month ago. Mouse is sticking and roller ball is malfunctioning. When scrolling using the roller ball it continues to scroll even after I have stopped. It continues to “studder” causing the screen to go crazy and constant up and down of page. Mouse does not place the cursor in the correct place. Constant fight to get it to work for one second to select something. I wish it would have lasted longer the positioning of the mouse was great for my wrist pain.
