Perfect fit for my Amana oven
I can’t believe I almost bought a completely new oven. I realized a while back that my oven wasn’t heating up right. It wouldn’t even make it to 200°. I noticed that the bottom heating element was not glowing red like it normally would and knew that was the problem. I hate paying anyone to fix appliances. It costs far more than it should. I searched for the part I needed and came across this one. This is the cheapest I have seen it too. Everywhere wants so much more for the same thing. This fits my Amana oven perfectly. It is slightly different in shape and size compared to the original that came with it. This doesn’t make any difference though. It is so easy to install, or at least in mine it was. Unplug the oven first! There were two screws that needed removed and then the old bake element just pulls out. The new one gets pushed in and then screw the little attached plate in place. Done.My oven now works again and heats up perfectly. It heats up quicker than it has in a very long time too. My other one must have been going bad for quite a while before it finally gave out completely. I’ve had this for about 5 month now and it is still working great.

Just what I needed for a low price & FAST shipping
My old heating element developed a crack in it that decided to show its ugly head the NIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING. It’s an Amana ART6511WW. I went ahead and found this new element from Sun Parts LLC on here and order that night, not expecting it to be here until the following Tuesday. It’s now the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it is already installed in my oven and working perfectly. It was indeed a factory Whirlpool part as well. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for how quick the seller got this to me around the holidays!

Just like new!
I paid 1/3 as much as they wanted on the manufacture’s site for this and it worked great. It was a little different from the original on my Amana range, but aside from a little slight squeezing to tuck it into the hole, the brackets lined up just fine. I saved at least $100 doing this myself and it was so easy.I just had a couple tiny problems.1. The convection fan on my oven made it hard to see the screws to take it out. A a quick google on YouTube showed me I just needed to duck down a little bit more to see it under there. Duh! It was so easy!2. IMPORTANT: Unplug the oven, or turn off the breaker – I didn’t, and it fried the lead wire when it touched the metal, and I had to replace the wire too. :(Otherwise, just unscrew two screws, pull the little metal connectors off, connect it to the new one and screw it back in. Just like new!

Gets hot. Stays hot.
This heating element had everything I was looking for in a heating element. After the super simple install because of the perfect fit, it got hot when I turned the oven on. Not only did it get hot, it stayed hot the entire time while the oven was on. The additional features on this updated model were an unexpected surprise; after I turned the oven off, this element got cold again!! Couldn’t be happier.

A easy fix can save you a lot of money.
The oven heating element for my Hotpoint stove was the perfect match to the original one. I was going to buy a new stove cause the oven wasn’t getting pass 250 degree. I had estimates as high as $400 to fix the stove. Isaid that I would try and replace the oven element since the price was so reasonable on Amazon. I installed the new element and the stove works great and heats up fast. A 10 minute fix and I saved a lot of money. I saved over $40 by waiting 2 days and getting the part from Amazon instead of in town.

I would recommend it.
Seem s too work OK . Its hard to tell as the relays on the control board may have been damaged as the element shorted to my wife’s foil lining. I gave it 4 stars as it had fewer feet on the element. I would recommend it.

A real Whirlpool part
This is the 2nd time I’ve replaced this element. The original lasted 9 years, and the 1st replacement lasted 9 years. At least they’re consistent.
