This screw-in element has 1-3/8″ thread. Fits Duron tank water heaters.

Replaced a bad upper element in a Whirlpool water heater. New one went in with no problem and it works. Good value and good quality.

NOT THE BEST ELEMENTS
I thought this water heater element would be better because it’s longer than my old ones. But these are not copper and they don’t heat the water more quickly.My old copper ones used to heat the water in 27 minutes, but these take over 35 minutes. It wasn’t worth the savings to buy cheaper water heater elements even though I thought were longer which would have been better. They certainly were not the best elements. Now I need to buy better ones, copper ones, hoping I can my water to get hotter faster.
