It functioned beautifully on my Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra, so I could charge while plugging in wired earphones, so I would not drop the earphones in an environment that could prove disastrous with Bluetooth earphones, which are easy to lose.

WARNING!!! HEATS UP. POSSIBLE FIRE HAZZARD.
I have bought 2 of these. Both, within a month’s time has the ear bud connector side go out. Sound begins to come and go from IPad to ear buds until it stops working completely. And that connector side begins to heat up so much so it can possibly become a fire Hazzard. When the first one did this I gave this item a consideration of it being a defect that passed through quality control unknowingly. However, tonight I had to run the 2nd connector under cold water to cool it down enough to be able to touch it without buring myself, and threw it away like I did the 1st one. I dont recommend this product to anyone as it has a high potential of becoming a fire Hazzard. I am convinced this brand of a duel connector is defective.

One Way Audio Support
I bought this splitter hoping that I could charge while simultaneously using a wireless lapel microphone. Unfortunately, it appears the splitter only supports one-way audio (out) and will not support a microphone (line in) while charging. I did test it with a standard set of USB-C headphones while charging and it works fine for that so if you’re wanting to listen to music, audio books, etc while charging it works great.

Bought for a new pair of headphones for my Windows 10 PC, primarily for video editing and general use. No matter how much I tried, I just can’t get the computer to recognise the audio device plugged into the adapter as a set of headphones, resulting in the left and right audio playing through only one channel. No amount of audio driver maintenance, changing settings or shifting ports seemed to fix it the problem, and I could not find any viable solutions online or about the .Headphones work fine with other devices – please buy with caution if you are considering purchasing the adapter for the same reason I did.
