I purchased this primarily to give me some “counter space” back after purchasing the air fryer. I LOVE it! It does what it says and deflects the heat, it does not get warm to the touch at all, and fits this air fryer perfectly.It can also be used as a cutting board, but I haven’t used it as that purpose. I love the way it looks on top of the air fryer and that it gives me some space to keep these items that would have otherwise been displaced.

Does not overheat when placed on top of Ninja flip up oven
I was skeptical about the ability to place this board on top of the Ninja flip up oven when in use. Was expecting the bamboo to get too hot and potential fire hazard. Not so! The board’s silicone feet keep the board raised above the oven top and while board gets warm, it never gets hot, even when cooking at 400F. Board is nice and thick and a very nice addition to my kitchen let alone its use with the Ninja oven. Very pleased.

It looks nice, insulates the objects on top of it from the fryer’s heat, & feels solid.
This cutting board looks nice on top of our Ninja SP101 air fryer. It protects the objects sitting on top of it from the heat of the air fryer. (The feet leave a 1/2 inch (12mm) space for air flow between the top of the fryer & the bottom of the cutting board, and the cutting board is 3/4 inch (19mm) thick.) Plus, it is like a tray so we can take everything off the fryer in one movement (if desired).I have to admit that we haven’t actually used it as a cutting board yet, so maybe this review is a bit premature. It feels solid.

La plaque de bois devient chaude sur le ‘toaster-oven, mais non brûlante, même si le ‘toaster-oven’ est en fonction.Je l’ai également utilisée sur un rond de cuisinière mais la plaque devient beaucoup plus chaude, peut-être trop chaude …à surveiller!
