UIRWAY outdoor air conditioner cover for winter is suitable for outdoor storage and made of heavy duty 420D oxford fabric with a PU coating to withstand extreme weather conditions.
Does it withstand heavy rainfall and snowfall?
We have improved the density of the fabric by adding waterproof adhesive strips at the seams, which can resist water pressure of 10000 Pa. Also we have added 2 adjustable drawstring, 1 tightening the buckles and a velcros. Double protection can prevent the air conditoner cover from being blown away by cold wind in winter.

Good enough fit, lots of options to secure
Debates about covering condenser units aside, this fits well, is vented, and seems to be fairly waterproof. Several options to secure it, no worries about high winds.

Good protection from the elements
I’ve only had it on my ac unit a day but it seems well made, lightweight and nice buckles to cinch it down as well as draw string ties. I purchased it 2″ bigger to make sure it fits; it does. It is vented. I like the black color with neon green handles to lift it off in the spring. Comes with bag to store it in.

I like the ease of putting these covers on and the fact that they have ventilation. They are a little big, but the next size would havee been too small. wIll see how they survive the winter.

My initial impression was that calling this “heavy duty” is a bit of a stretch. The fabric is relatively light weight – this could just as well be sold as “light weight” as a positive attribute if they wanted! Fortunately, the reality of using an A/C unit cover is that you will probably only handle it once in the fall to cover your A/C equipment, and once in the spring to uncover it… so unless your A/C unit has sharp edges and/or where you live is exceptionally windy, it will likely be just fine.The size I ordered – 24x24x30 is just about perfect for our unit (just 2 inches short, but a taller cover isn’t offered without also going wider and deeper… and I decided that I favoured the correct width and depth since a key to longevity is not having lots of fabric that can catch wind. And so far, so good. After a couple months (one of which has been snowy) the cover appears to be holding up well. Obviously the big question is whether it stands the test of time, so I’ll try to update this if it fails prematurely. For now, all is good.

This air conditioner cover is basically in a cube shape. Many air conditioner unit has round corners, or even in round shape. So this cover may not fit perfectly. Luckily this cover has an adjustable belt, which can tie this cover over the unit. So even though it is not perfect fit, after the cover is tied up, it will be secure over the unit.This cover is waterproof. It is silver inside, and black on the outside. But the material is thinner then I expected. The whole cover is light in weight. Because it is bulky, this cover sometimes is hard to handle. Thanks to the top straps, I can hold on it and lift the cover up over the unit. That helps a lot.This cover has an opening at one corner with hook and loop. I can let the pipes go through that opening and close it with hook and loop. A buckle at the bottom can secure the opening even more, make sure it won’t come off. That is great.There is also a ventilation hole on the side. I don’t need to worry too much moisture build up in the unit. That is a good design.Overall, this cover works and help to protect my air condition unit in winter. There are belts and buckles that help to secure the cover over the unit, so I won’t need to worry this cover can get blown away by strong wind. It is just the material is a bit thinner then I expected.
