This is the perfect size for home and travel. It heats up super fast and the steamer starts working almost immediately. The only thing I didn’t love is the stand it comes with, it’s a harder plastic and still gets pretty hot.

Heavier Than Expected
This seems to be a nifty smaller iron steamer, but it turned out to be a bit bulkier and heavier than I expected. This was disappointing. I did order this mainly for travel, after my clothes get scrunched into a suitcase. My iron itself weighed approximately 1.5 lbs or more, without the water and cord. I enjoyed the heat resistant base and the extra glove.For some reason, I was expecting a “travel” iron to equate with super lightweight, such as 8 – 10 oz. I don’t know if this was realistic. I really liked the length of the 2.4m cord so I did not have to stand absolutely right next to the socket to use this. I ironed a 100% cotton outfit. I found this iron more effective with the thinner shirt material, than the thicker shorts fabric. I had hoped for something a bit more functional.Repeatedly, I had a struggle pressing the button to remove the water tank. I do not know if mine was defective. I had anticipated the steam might shoot out directly quickly but instead it was a slow emission of steam from a wide area. I appreciate in general that the heat started up more quickly than I expected, after depressing the button.
