Great for friends from the north!
Living in the south, my boyfriend from the north is always asking me the meanings of southern slang words. I bought this for him as a Christmas gift and we’ve laughed for hours! Now, I just tell him to “look it up”.

Don’t waste your money. It’s not even a book…it’s a poor quality pamphlet.
The Reverend from Sacramento, California did a terrible job creating this on his home computer. Most of the “hillbilly sayings” are common sayings that many people use. He just spelled them wrong in a sad attempt at humor. There were several blank pages as if to make this actually look like a book. The cover photo is terrible quality. It was likely copied from an internet Halloween costume ad and blown up…image is very digital. Being as it is, I am married to a man from North Georgia so I consider myself a subject matter expert on the hillbilly dialect and the only funny parts (infrequent as they are) are forced snickers and that is about it. I bought this book as a joke for my incoming relatives as they are coming to visit us from up north. I wasn’t looking for a high quality hard cover product but this was a complete waste of my time and money. Don’t buy this pathetic product-please set even hillbilly standards higher than this…

    funny
Got this to give as a gift and the recipient liked it very much. Silly little book if one is looking for some smiles.

    Not worth the money
It is more of a pamphlet. Last several pages are blank. The front and back of the “book” even have the creases of a panphlet. The “words” and phrases are not even good. I would recommend something different. Very poor work and not worth the money or time.

    Hilarious
This book is hilarious and clever, just wish the printing and binding quality was a little better, seemed a little homemade.
