Great Scanner!
I usually use Motorola, Symbol and Zebra scanner products. I am an event technologist, so I purchase all kinds of scanners all the time for client projects at events and tradeshows. I was looking for a bunch of bluetooth scanners for a tradeshow deployment, and my client didnt want to spend $300 plus per scanner. So I bought one of these, and a couple of other competing products, and did a thorough test. This scanner just worked flawlessly. Instant bluetooth connection. Perfect scans. Plenty of config options. After I tested this, i bought a bunch more. They all worked great at the show. I was using these to scan attendee badges connected to iPad Air 2’s. We were using them in automated scan mode, so someone could just walk up to my app kiosks, and scan their badge without pulling the trigger.A couple of small constructive feedbacks. First, I would love it if I could disable the inactivity sleep function. If no one were to scan their badge for a period of time, the scanner would go to sleep. It would merely require someone to pull the trigger to wake up the scanner. But this was not intuitive in a kiosk that prompted the user to merely walk up to the scanner and scan their badge. This was a minor issue for us, as we just had a booth staff go around to all the stations and scan their badge once every half hour or so. A minor inconvenience, but would love to be able to have these scanners stay on indefinitely.Secondly, I was using the scanners with iPads. I was connecting the scanners directly to the ipad via bluetooth without the use of the base as a receiver. We did, however, want to use the base for charging the scanners, so we had the bases plugged in to a power adapter at one point. This caused the scanner to stop connecting directly to the ipads. It took us a couple hours of hair pulling to realize what was going on and unplug the stupid bases from the power. Apparently the bases are setup to act as a bluetooth reciever when plugged into a PC USB port, etc. So when we plugged them into power to use as a charging cradle, it pulled the bluetooth away from the ipads, and rendered the scanners inoperable. I wish I would have know that, as I purchased the units with the bases at an additional cost, only to find out that I could not use these bases as simple charging cradles without rendering my apps useless.Otherwise, these scanners worked perfectly, and without incident. They performed as well as other scanners that cost more than three times what these cost. So keep these small inconveniences in mind, and grab the Teemi scanner for your next project! Maybe the vendor will respond and address my minor issues. But seriously, these are great scanners!Note: I was not compensated in any way for my review. I purchased these scanners for a real project, and think its important for real users to share their experiences.

Reads everything
Very easy to use and has proven to be very reliable in a harsh work environment. We are using these on our factory floor and the production team loves them. Saves a lot of time from every having to type order numbers. Now we can just scan the travelers and keep on working.

Excellent Value, Very Fast, Very Configurable
Be sure to download the User Guide attached to the listing, under Technical Specification. It contains all of the barcodes needed to configure the scanner the way you want. Enable or disable various barcodes, trigger mode vs. continuous, whether or not to send any character(s) before or after the result, like a carriage return or a tab after each scan. Even supports custom prefix and suffix strings. This scanner is a LOT faster than the ones I’ve been exposed to before. My only complaint is that it makes a loud beep whenever it’s connected, which includes booting the computer. I haven’t tried turning off the “good scan” beep, so that may get rid of it. But I want the good scan beep normally, just not when it first connects. Oh well, I don’t reboot very often, so it’s only a minor annoyance.

Works fine
This scanner is slower than others but it always seems to work. It reads 2d codes on paper and off glass fine. It’s reads 1d codes slow at times but not always. 1d codes off glass seems to give it the most trouble but some slight movement in your wrist seems to activate it. Will keep it because we are mostly reading 2d codes at our registration booth.

DON’T REGRET
I have purchased 3 in last year or so. All three turned out to be faulty and 2 of them would not even power up or scan a single barcode. 1st was replaced and the replacement works sporadically. 2nd of 3 when used after 6 months or so for the first time, did not do a thing. It is worth nothing now as I cannot even return it as it is outside the return time window. 3rd of 3 simple was dead. Power light comes on but will not scan.As they say, you get what you pay for. Leant my lesson again.

Excelente producto

Great quality for the price.
Great scanner for QR codes and UPC codes. Connects fine to a computer or mobile phone. Either device just sees it as a keyboard.A handy use is to print QR codes of passwords, or anything hard or annoying to type. You can scan these instead of typing them in. Beats the on-screen keyboard. Or save the QR codes to your phone and use them to unlock your computer or access your bank account. Print a code for your long WiFi password so guests can get on easily.I’ve bought three of these so far.

Generally works well. Can be set to scan continuously or on pulling the trigger. Supports 2D Data Matrix (square) and reverse-printed codes. I have asked the supplier about rectangular 2D Data Matrix and await their reply. Tested on Windows 10 and Windows 7 PCs.I would move this from a 4-star to a 5-star review, if a full manual was available, as a download. It is not to be found on the vendor’s website.
