Like coffee? Taste the difference with our 2 Qt. Patented Glass Cold Brew Coffee Maker. The traditional hot coffee brewing process releases undesirable acids and oils, resulting in bitter flavor and acidity that is intolerable to many. With cold brewing, only the naturally delicious coffee flavors are extracted, leaving behind the bitter oils and fatty acids, creating a perfectly balanced, smooth extraction of concentrated coffee. Once brewed, concentrated coffee can be kept fresh in our airtight Glass Cold Brew Coffee Maker for up to 2 weeks and used for both hot and iced coffees. Makes two quarts of concentrated coffee.
Our Glass Cold Brew Coffee Maker is a durable BPA Free glass pitcher with an airtight lid and non-slip silicone handle. It produces smooth cold brew and iced coffee with any type of coffee grounds and is less acidic than traditional coffee brewing. Also available in Tritan material.
The Fine-Mesh Coffee Filter in this cold brew coffee maker keeps grounds out of your freshly brewed pot – differing from other coffee machines. The borosilicate glass withstands hot temperatures if you want a hot cup of coffee. Fits in most refrigerator doors
Premium Bottles and Lids: Our innovative line of insulated hydration solutions come in a range of sizes. We offer water bottles in 18, 24, 32, 40, and 64 oz sizes, beverage makers and pitchers in 1 Qt and 2 Qt sizes

Amazing coffee maker
Perfection is reached in this coffee maker. it is 100% leak proof, the mesh filter is great for a medium fine grind, and the perfect brew is reached at the 24 hr period. We tested coffee after 12, 24 and 36 hrs. 24 hrs was the sweet spot.We brewed at room temp, though I know the fridge is recommended. It worked just as well at room temperature. The borosilicate glass feels nice in the hand. Though the filter is a plastic mesh, we felt better knowing that the majority of the contact with the coffee wasn’t plastic. The handle has a nice silicone grip on it, and its a wide long handle that makes it easy to maneuver even when the carafe is full. The filter is easy to put on and remove, and clean. It securely screws on the lid, and stays put during the brew process.

Great coffee, features could be improved
I go through a lot of cold brew so I upgraded from a fast electric maker to this large, sturdy, attractive glass carafe. Makes delicious brew in the fridge overnight and can be left there for days. Things to know: At 17 1/2 inches it’s too tall for most fridges and barely fits in my dishwasher bottom rack. (It does seal so you can brew on the side but that takes fridge space.) Shorter and slightly wider would be an improvement. For some reason the lid threads are hard to align and without extra attention you’ll have a tilted filter and leaky vessel. My first purchase didn’t seal and Amazon replaced it overnight. There’s no way to judge the amount of water to place in carafe – it will likely spill over so insert the filter over a sink.

Five star cold brew!
I first tried making cold brew by soaking coffee grounds in water & then draining with cheese cloth & coffee filters. I was discouraged from making my own cold brew. Then I found this cold brew coffee maker. Easy to use and the coffee tastes great! Make sure you get a coarser ground coffee so that it it doesn’t go through the fine mesh filter. There will be a small amount that goes through but it settles to the bottom of the carafe. I would 100% recommend this product if you love cold brew coffee.

Not sure about the filter “sock” sizing…
So I’m not really sold on this as a cold brew maker. The glass pitcher is very nice. The “sock” design does not have much surface area in terms of communication with the water so I don’t think you get proper coffee-to-water transfer. My first batch was made with “12 servings” of ground coffee according to my KitchenAid burr grinder, brewed for 24 hours, then 75% “concentrate” and 25% added water, and yet it tasted so watered down that I dumped it. Just made another batch using 16 servings of coffee and no added water (seems like a lot of coffee for maybe 48 oz of cold brew) and will report back.

I’m a converted cold brew guy.
I have several Takeya products. I love them all. This one has converted me to cold brew. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it’s 40° in the morning, but I still love my cold brew. Add a little Carmel Macchiato cream. Wow, that’s good and I can’t count how much money I’m saving from going to the coffee shop every day.
