Doesn’t Do What It’s Supposed To Do
First of all, I have to say this is the second steamer of the same model I received. The first one I ordered was used with water droplets in the tank and no instruction manual or plastic sleeves. Ordered a replacement without testing it out. I wish I had. No wonder I got a used product.I purchased this to replace a steamer I’ve had since 1990. This steamer doesn’t even come close to the antique I have. This HeBeny steamer doesn’t steam enough. At.All. And I followed the directions closely. With other steamers I’ve used, you cannot place your hand within close proximity to the head without experiencing pain. I can put my hand within an inch of the holes on this one and – nothing. It’s “warmish.” I tried this steamer on a cotton/ linen blend and it does absolutely nothing. It’s well made, solid, but unfortunately doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do : Steam wrinkles out of clothes.I cannot recommend and will be sending this imitation steamer back.

LIKED IT, DIDN’T LOVE IT
This is definitely a travel option but not a solution for the home. The water tank is that of a squirt-gun and the steam openings had a tendency to shoot water at my clothes. I loved the design, but the practicality and usability just wasn’t there for me. I returned this and purchased an amazing Rowenta stand-up steamer and feel like I upgraded from a Honda Civic to a Ferrari.

Amazing travel Steamer
I recently tried out this steamer, and I must say, it’s incredibly user-friendly and compact, making it perfect for travel. As someone who dislikes the hassle of setting up an ironing board just to smooth out a cotton t-shirt while living in a dorm, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance.Using it was a breeze! I couldn’t believe how easy and effective it was in removing wrinkles. If you’re living in a dorm or frequently on the go, this steamer is definitely a game-changer. Highly recommended!

No Steam
We bought this product in April 2024. We have used it about 5 times since then. We went to use it recently. We put water in the tank and plugged it in. The element will heat up, but no steam will come out. This kind of defeats the purpose of a steamer when no steam will come out.

This Garment Steamer does a nice job. It heats up fast and works well. Like with most household devices, Its usage might require a bit of a ‘ learning curve ’ in order to master. What I found extremely helpful before my initial usage was the demo and review videos, as well as purchaser’s tips.That being said, there are some disadvantages. The water chamber is very small and required frequent refilling, while I steam ironed a (mid-length) lightweight cardigan. Which made the process more time-consuming than It should have been. Therefore, I would suggest that buyers use this on small items like baby’s clothing or standard length shirts or plan to spend more time on larger and longer apparel. It’s that experience that urged Me to invest in a larger ‘ commercial grade ’ Garment Steamer.Also, this garment steamer comes with a nice bag with the usual accessories such as the crease clip/comb attachment. Still, It’s a beneficial aid for home and travel usage.
