I bought this because when there’s no time for the iron this works well. I’ve used it on cotton shirts and it does take a bit to get the hang of it but after 15 min. I had a lot less wrinkles in the material. I bought curtains that needed steaming out of the folds after they were washed the folds were still in curtains so I steamed them out and curtains look great. Its very light weight so if you have upstairs and downstairs easy to carry. It steams up within a min. very fast and its easy to assemble. I’m happy with this steamer.

Bought this is Nov 2022 and it just stopped working. Thought it should last longer than less than 2 years. Was great till it just completely stopped working. Big disappointment.

Lightweight and Easy To Use
I have severe COPD and can’t use the stairs, so using my laundry room in the basement is out of the question. I purchased the portable wash/dryer made by Kuppet which connects to my kitchen sink.The clothes are air dried, but a few come out looking as if they are hung on a clothesline. I usually have to drag out the iron board and iron which just adds more steps.Using this steamer was a delight for me. It’s lightweight to move around, I can pull out the water dispenser and carry it using my walker to refill, and the clothes hang at eye level so I can just use the wand at my own pace, and it doesn’t take up much room when I’m finished. I will definitely recommend to my family.

Had some issues in my steamer.Replaced my steamer with overnight delivery. Returned old one so that they can look at the defect.

Never had any issues with this steamer and have used it for some time now on a regular basis. What I would say is if you’re in the UK, as I am you will need an adapter. That aside it’s worth the wee bit extra.
