Great crusty loaf slicer
My daughter makes sourdough and crusty loaves. In the past, it’s been difficult to slice the bread, even trying different serrated knives, the tops and bottoms are hard to slice. This blade slices so nicely, not difficult at all. So smooth!! Great product.

It is absolutely the best bread knife ever!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for one. The blade just cuts right through and leaves next to no crumbs from the cut. The look and feel of the handle is amazing. Almost no effort required to slice nice and thin sourdough for toast or sandwiches! Great value for the money, plus it comes with an extra blade!!

White bread, not sour dough
I make homemade bread regularly, it’s delicious! The problem with the bread is it’s difficult to cut evenly, making it hard to use as sandwich bread. This bread knife is a game-changer! Get a good bread knife if you end up with squashed and uneven cuts.This isn’t sourdough, it’s regular white bread. I was worried the knife would smoosh the bread. It didn’t, it cut it beautifully.

Where are knives for lefties?
I really like this product, and it is a great knife. I bought it for the ease of removing the blade and flipping the blade, so I could use the knife left handed. I did switch the blade, and I can cut with the knife. However, because the handle is designed to be higher than the blade, now the handle is below the blade. This hinders the cutting ability because my hand hits the counter before I am done cutting. Do you have a product that a lefthander could use, and the handle will still be higher than the blade. Thank you.

My daughter in law makes a lot of sourdough….this knife is pretty and functional. Made cutting the loaves super easy. Came with 2 blades, we are a few months in and at least 30 loaves cut, and it still cuts like new.
