Perfect for Making Iced Coffee & Iced Tea iced tea maker iced coffee machine

For the best extraction, hot water is required, so all 4 brew styles produce hot drinks. Differences lie in concentration and temperature. For “Over Ice” or “Iced Tea” function, add ice to the mug at a 1:1 ratio of ice to water. Once the ice melts, you’ll enjoy perfectly balanced iced coffee or tea.

Versatile single cup coffee/tea maker – two thumbs up!
We have a full-size coffee maker, but my husband often drinks instant because I only want one cup, and I’m usually a tea drinker (tea bags.) I brewed a couple cups this morning with coffee grounds. The Tastyle maker worked like a charm – easy and quick, with minimal clean-up. The Tastyle also comes with an insert for loose tea and another for a coffee pod. The device is also made from BPA-free plastic, which is a big plus.I am VERY impressed with the instructions, which are often lacking in so many appliances these days. They are detailed for every type of beverage, coffee, tea or iced. There are also instructions for de-scaling, routine maintenance and safety. It also comes with a recipe book for making more exotic coffee and tea beverages. This Tastyle Single Serve Coffee Maker is a winner, and I think the price is about right. Thank you!

    Omg
This single serve Coffee maker is great. I’m a busy mom always on the go and never having enough time to stop and make a pot of coffee. This has changed that. I can simply put one of my favorite kcups in and within 3 minutes it’s ready and we are walking out the door. Still make it places on time and I don’t have to take forever making a pot of coffee.

    Garbage!
I have been looking for a decent single serve coffee makers that I could replace my old Farberware machine that has been rather glitchy lately. This is not it.This is not a $65 machine by any means, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy it for more than $25. This is basically a scaled down drip machine without a hot plate that utilizes fancy brew baskets. The K-cup pod adapter doesn’t properly fit the machine and I’m not even sure it was intended for this machine to begin with. The bottom piercing needle is quite long and left dimples in the bottom on my metal reusable pod and prevented it from fully nesting into the adapter as well. I haven’t used it to brew from an actual k-cup but feel the needle sticks up so much that it would protrude so far into the pod as to prevent the pod from fully draining. And if the pods have filter material inside the, I feel there is a high probability that the needle may puncture that as well, leaving grounds in your brew. The tea and loose coffee filter baskets fit the socket okay but there seems to be a lot of water and steam leakage at the top, apparently due to poor fitment in the design and a just enough gap to prevent the rubber seal from fully seating against the top of the brewing baskets. After the initial cleaning cycle and later running a brew cycle, I found myself spending more time cleaning and drying the machine afterwards than I ever spent with my old machine from setup to finish. The container I use for catching my brew in is 7 inches tall which requires me to remove all of the cup stands and just use the thin base plate. Unfortunately the base has 2 side rails that stick up above the surface for aligning the drip pan and those rails prevent the use of wide bottom mugs or tumblers. Anything wider than 3.5 inches will not fit between the rails. So if like me, you plan to use larger mugs for 14 to 16 ounce brews, you may find that your mugs won’t fit well. The operation of this unit is: measure water for brew and fill the reservoir with the exact amount necessary for the brew size, insert brew media (k-cup, grounds or tea basket) and select the brewing option. Let run until the water runs out and the machine turns itself off. Pretty much like a low budget drip machine with on/off button. After running a brew cycle and seeing how much water remained under the lid, I felt it would be a good idea to leave the lid open so that it could evaporate all it’s own, but then I noticed the 4 LED lights (for the 4 brewing option buttons) stayed on and would blink constantly, making it a power vampire if left for the length of time necessary for the water in the top to evaporate. And since the control panel is in the lid, I felt leaving it closed may allow steam to permeate into the electronics, which is certainly not a good thing. So the placement of the option switches is also a poor design.I feel the quality and design of this machine is so poor that I can only recommend it for use as something to toss in one’s RV for occasional use while on vacation. Other than that, I would pass up on this for a better quality machine with properly fitted components. This unit was somewhat free to me (still have to pay taxes) through the Vine Reviewer’s program, but if I had paid out of pocket for this machine, I would be returning it for a refund. This was listed for more twice the price of another Farberware machine and doesn’t even have a fraction of the features.

    Compact and simple
The water reservoir is just over 16oz. It will brew the entire amount of water you put into it. There is a brew cup for tea leaves as well as a large basket for coffee grounds. There is also an insert is you like using the K-cups. The body is the unit is basic but I was impressed with the basket lid area. It closes firmly and has a latch to open the basket area. The controls are simple to use also, not complicated at all. It brews quietly also. For the price point and functionality I highly recommend this brew station.

Easy to use/ one or two cups
So far I like this coffee maker. It makes one or two cups of coffee. It has two stands, a higher one for short cups and a lower one for taller cups. It allows you to use single serve K-cups or a basket to make one to two cups of coffee at a time. It also has a basket for loose tea although I’ll probably never use it for that. It comes with directions and a recipe book.

    What doesn’t it do?
Been loving this coffee maker, tea brewer and fun beverage machine!I’m not a coffee lover, but no matter! This things not only brews coffee, it also brews hot tea, iced tea, iced coffee, can use tea leaves and tea bags!So don’t fret if you don’t want to invest a lot in a coffee maker if you’re a tea lover. It also comes with a tea container, coffee filter and a beverage recipe book!It makes a great gift and is also nice to have for entertaining. If you have kids, they will love it to make iced drinks!Just make sure to clean the inside after brewing and wipe it down as the water can condense.
