Our cold brew maker is designed to provide a hassle-free experience while delivering deliciously smooth cold coffee. Simply measure 140 grams of coffee, grind until coarse, and pour it into the filter. You can use the fill line on the filter as a guide if you prefer. Then, place the filter into the pitcher, twist it into a locking position, and pour 1.5 quarts (48 oz) of room temperature water over the grounds, or use the vessel fill line if preferred. After lightly stirring for 20 seconds, let it brew for 18 hours in the refrigerator with the lid on. Once brewed, remove the filter, place the lid back on, and your cold brew is ready to enjoy! When inserting or removing the filter from the vessel, feel free to use the convenient filter handle which folds up or down for ease of use. The airtight lid design also ensures flavor preservation and freshness for an extended period, and comes with an easy-pour feature once your cold brew is ready to go. Plus, its convenient size fits in most refrigerator doors, and it’s top-rack dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Smooth: Use only Coarse ground coffee to avoid sediment.
Airtight: Secure lid helps preserve flavor and keep fresh longer.
Easy: Brew for 18 hours, then remove the filter, place the lid back on, and enjoy.
Reusable Filter: Filter made of fine mesh Stainless Steel to reduce sediment for ultra-smooth cold coffee. Filter locks into place and includes a handle for easy removal. Handle folds down when not in use.
Convenient: Fits in most refrigerator doors.
Top-rack Dishwasher Safe.

Grateful for a smaller pitcher
Simple Modern makes great products, and this is no exception. This cold brew pitcher is well made & use is straightforward. I appreciate the smaller size of the pitcher since I’m just making cold brew for myself. It makes a good amount that I’ll use before it stops tasting fresh & doesn’t take up too much room in my fridge.

Easy and Conenient
I love cold brew coffee but hate paying the elevated cost at your local coffee shop so when I seen this I had to give it a try. The directions are very straight forward and the overall process is extremely easy to do, and the results render a great result. The first time I did use the pitcher I grinded my beans to fine and allot of the grounds ended up in the coffee, I was able to refilter the coffee to make it drinkable and the flavor was absolutely amazing. Since then I have been grinding a bit more course and have not had this issue, but this is something to be aware of if using pre grounded coffee.

Easy to make your own cold brew at home!
I love cold brew, but need to drink decaf so it is _impossible_ to find decaf cold brew anywhere… coffee shop, grocery store, etc. So I use this cold brew coffee maker to make my own.Cold brew is absolutely amazing and tastes more like what coffee smells like when it’s brewing. Smooth, not bitter, and even a little sweet almost. And all without cream or sugar! This cold brewer does a very good job with making a batch of cold brew, and it’s super convenient to be able to just cap it off with the airtight lid and store it in the fridge. To make things as easy as possible, get the coarsest ground coffee you can get. If you get superfine ground coffee, a lot of the grounds will end up in your final cold brew, and you probably don’t want that.Even if you use a super coarse grind though, you will still have some silt in the final product. Personally, I don’t like any silt at all so I always end up doing another pass or two through paper filters to clarify the liquid as much as possible. That is the only real drawback of cold brew devices like this… I have yet to see one that produces a near silt-free cold brew.Outside of that, however, it makes it super easy to make cold brew at home!
