Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed, something industrial but for personal use. Not expensive at all and works great

User friendly
Plug, switch on, and it starts making steam automatically. It takes a minute to see the steam coming out of the handle. Works as advertised. Make sure to use filtered or distilled water to prevent scaling inside the machine.

Quick assembly and Heats up quick
Pros- quick assembly, easy to move clothing pole up and down for storage, versatile hanger lengths, clips for skirts and pants and quick steam production.Cons- on/off switch is on base of machine (makes it a bit cumbersome). Machine makes LOUD knocking noises on occasion as the water heats up (not sure if that’s normal or not?) lastly the clips on the hanger slide back and forth too easily making it hard to steam wrinkles out of pant legs. This is what prob aggregates me the most.Overall – not bad since this is my first steamer. I’m an avid ironer and was skeptical during my first week using it. I’m impressed at our easily wrinkles come out of shirts and blouses.

seemed like a good idea to refresh clothes with musky smell but did nothing. returned.
I was looking for a steamer to refresh my clothes that had been sitting in my closet. After researching for several hours, I decided to try a garment steamer for the first time just because I did not want to send all my clothes to have dry cleaned which would be quite costly (plus, they use harmful chemicals). This steamer had good reviews and was afforadable. It is advertised to straighten wrinkles and refresh clothes, so I purchased it.I didn’t expect much in terms of built quality as it was fairly inexpensive but it is really cheaply made. This feels like all plastic toy in regards to overall feel and quality. Then again, all I needed was a steamer that would refresh the clothes’ musky smell. The water tank holds quite a lot of water and it is said to last for an hour. I thought that would probably allow me to use it on at least 5 clothes. The steam that comes out of the machine is really hot. However, it almost did nothing to my clothes. It does not “refresh” your clothes. If you are thinking of using this instead of an iron, I would suggest you just iron. It takes too much time for it to straighten garments. When it comes to cleaning the machine, it’s really tricky. When you remove the water tank, the main body’s reservoir still has water that had not been used. If you let that sit for several days without emptying them (I left it there for awhile to test how long it takes to completely dry up), you’ll probably end up growing molds. Emptying it was tricky because if you were to pour the water out without taking off the stick and the hose, it’s really difficult. You will need a lot of space in your bathroom (no wall where the stick would be leaning towards) or you’ll have to simply disassemble the whole thing for easier process.Overall, I was not satisfied with the result or the quality, so I am returning it. I will have to either dry-clean or hand wash.

Easy use
Easy to assemble, easy to fill up, and simple to use. It heats up quickly and the wheels allow for mobility. Overall works well.

Not quite as expected
Works good but steam is continuously pouring out. There’s no control for it. This creates the need for more frequent refills of the water tank. It also means you have to wait for it to heat up again if you take break.
