This is a very good product!
This product was just as advertised. In great condition & easy to understand. I would recommend to all of my friends & family.

Excellent Work
Considering the number of dialects in question and the lack of written data in same dialects, this is a great achievement and is far superior to most African/English dictionaries.I can’t find fault.

Pretty good
Since it’s probably the only pulaar-english dictionary in the world, it’s also probably the best. But it’s really pretty bare-bones and needs a lot of filling in.
Thomas Martin –
a good dictionary of Pulaar.
This is a good dictionary of Pulaar, a variety of the Fula language that is spoken in Senegal, Gambia, and Mauritania. Fula is a language related to Serer, spoken mainly in Senegal, so some Fula words are related to Serer words. It is also suspected of being distantly related to other languages in Africa, but it has very little similarity to other languages. Though some Fula words are borrowed from Arabic, and of course some other languages in Africa have also words borrowed from Arabic, so they can be similar. The dictionary has a short grammar summary dealing mainly with the noun classes of Pulaar and the alteration of initial consonants in Pulaar.

Mamadou Niang Pular dictionary
This book is one of the best Pulaar dictionaries. It describes rather precisely the fuuta-jalon dialect of the Pulaar language. It was made by a person, who speaks Pulaar as a mothertongue. Although it has several typos, there are no major mistakes and the description is rather linguistically accurate and the dialectual purity adds much to the value of the dictionary. I gave the book 4 stars because it can only be used by a very narrow professional circle.

Le dictionnaire est sûrement très bien mais il n’est nullement marqué dans la description de quel dialecte il est question. Il s’agit enfaite du peulh parler au Fouta Toro. Étant originaire de Casamance, ce livre me sera inutile !
