How to print on my mobile phone?
Step 1: Download the mobile phone app ‘HerePrint’.
Step 2: Turn on the Printer MT610 Pro and make a Bluetooth connection in the APP.
How to print on my laptop via USB?
Step 1: Turn on the portable printer, connect the printer and laptop with a USB cable.
Step 2: Download&install the driver (PRT MT610 Pro) from HPRT website.
Step 3: Set the righe size, choose MT610 Pro in the printer list to print via USB.
Why can’t my cellphone connect to Bluetooth?
Check 1: Please confirm that the printer and mobile phone Bluetooth are turned on.
Check 2: Connect Bluetooth in the mobilephone app “HerePrint” instead of directly connecting to the Bluetooth of the phone.
What thermal paper sizes can I use this travel printer to print?
This printer can use thermal paper with a width of 4″ to 8.5″.
Such as A4, A5, B5, 8.5″X11″ (US Letter)

Works great and easy to use
The unit had to be charged on arrival, which was a little frustrating because we needed to print something right away. But once charged, it was easy to connect the phone and use within a minute or two. Had our printed copy without issue. Very convenient and can go anywhere.

Awesome being honest only stumble though print jobs…Was performing a task at work literally un packaged read directions printed less than five minutes…And for what’s been suggested damn near a miracle think total time from unpacking intal print app to print job under 5 minutes with a turn the thermal paper over glitch so super happy bought the bundle with carry case saved me alot of cash was going to buy laptop mobile modem jet pack, printer old school… time and embarrassment having to locate print store…only need Mobile phone and Bluetooth connection and has performed at many and separate locations AAAA++++

Easy set-up
I haven’t had this printer long yet, but set up was very intuitive and expedient. Impressive print job, no trouble connecting it to the app via Bluetooth (I have an android), and extremely portable.

Garbage
This printer is imprecise and very confusing to set up. It’s a total waste of money. It works if you only want to print labels, but when it comes to printing documents, it’s just terrible. It often messes up the formatting, causing your pages to print only on half of the sheet.
