Love the front fill for water
I gave this unit a 5 star rating due to:Front water fillProgrammable timerPlease note this is a very basic coffeemaker. No frills, It is less expensive than other models and thus made with a lighter weight to it. The glass pot fits very tightly in the unit and can make it difficult to pull the pot out to pour a cup. I have almost pulled the entire unit off the coffee bar.The filter basket holds a normal round filter but due to the basket shape, it is often difficult to be sure the grounds stay in the filter if you are brewing 12 cups. Also pulling the filter out of the basket after brewing is a bit of a challenge because the grounds are nearly to the top of it after brewing. The front fill and the size of the unit are both pluses. Unit is very compact since the tank is in the rear instead of the side of the unit.

    Great coffee maker
Delivers a great cup of coffee fast. It’s one of the best coffee makers I’ve owned. It’s sleek and modern looking and as a coffee addict, I love that it can make up to 12 cups.

worth the price but some issues
PRO:1: feels sturdy. door snap in well.2: works well3: the area where you fill the coffee grains open and close tight. you can remove it to wash it.4: the the coffee pot and coffee grain area is dishwasher safe. you can pull out to put in dishwasher.CONS:1: the area you fill the water is real shallow. it it easy to overflow and spill the water.2: the coffee container pour spout is terrible. you have to poor the coffee real slow. easy to overflow the spout and get coffee everywhere.3: the area of the coffee filter is too short. the coffee filter when closing the container will bend the filter over and it becomes ineffective. it this happens you get grains in your cup. it needs to be a little taller to prevent the filter from collapsing.CONCLUSION:The coffee machine has some issues but overall i like it. for its price range it feel more sturdy than other coffee machines in that price range. and it makes of good cup of coffee.

Total JUNK! Lasted all of 2 months!
I cant find enough negative things to say about this junk coffee maker.1) First, the “space saving/fits under cabinet” thing is a gimmick and a joke. Yes, it fits under the cabinet, but you still have to move it out from under the cabinet, to fill it. At least with a full size pot sitting in front of the cabinet, you can use the space behind for things, and still be able to reach them. With this, when its under the cabinet, you cant put anything in front of it, as you constantly have to keep pulling it out to fill it, or just leave it out. So it actually uses MORE counter space.2) The swing away filter basket drips coffee/condensation all over your counter, when you open it.3) The filter basket is shallow, due to the ridiculous “space saving design”. You cant use a taller than average filter, or it bends over and you get grounds in your coffee. So youre stuck with standard size filters which are flush with the top of the filter basket. But, it dumps water into the filter so fast, it over flows the filter, and you end up with grounds.4) The lid of the carafe (the entire maker, actually) must have been designed by someone who never drinks coffee. The lid holds condensation on the top, that runs off and onto the counter, when you tip the carafe to pour coffee.5) The spout on the carafe is like so many others, that allows coffee to run back down the side and onto the counter, when you are pouring coffee. So plan on pouring every cup of coffee over the sink.6) As if this maker wasnt junky enough and poor quality, now, after 2 months…. the carafe has cracked. The maker is now in the trash. I would buy anything from this company, if this is the best they can do. You have been warned

    Drippy but Fast
Coffee pot is okay for the price but drips with every pour no matter how you do it. It brews properly and quickly and was easy to program. It does let you get a cup before its finished , which is nice. There is not a light behind the time display so it’s hard to see. Perfectly average drippy Coffee maker!

    Good deal
I ordered at the Syracuse airport late in the day and it was at our home in Florida the next day. This coffee pot was a great deal for $20 with a 20% off coupon so I thought I’d go for it. I am NOT disappointed. Easy to use, easy water pour, easy coffee pull, space saving, and heat plate turns off. I haven’t used the program feature yet but I will. How can you beat it? Glad I bought it.

    Good buy for the money
I like this coffee maker, especially the timer. The pot doesn’t drip when you pour which has been an issue for me in the past. Has been working well for several months.
