Great product. Very useful!
We love this product because it not only lets our employees know when our CSRs are on the phone and also lets our customers know. It’s great to know when they are on the phone so we’re not interrupting their phone conversations. They also have a really cool pattern that lights up while someone is on the phone. Maybe just slide a little paper in with the product explaining how to hook it up.

Convenient
The Plantronics Online Busy Indicator Light has been a God send! Installation was easy – we plugged the new lights into our Plantronics receiver lifters and the light was ready to go. Six feet of cord goes quickly but is sufficient for the three of us in the office who use this light. People in the office now know when we’re on the phone and we are saved the headache of listening to two conversations at once. The back of the light folds down so the light can sit on a counter or desktop, or there is a hole in the back to hang the light on a wall. The red light flashes anytime the handset lifter is engaged, so the light turns immediately when you answer the phone and stays on until you hang up receiver. I wish we’d ordered these when we purchased our headsets 5 years ago!

Just what I needed.
The light works exactly as expected. As long as you are using your headset then the light will indicate that you are on the phone. I do wish that the lights were a little brighter, or possibly multicolored. We have an individual in the office that is color blind to red, so that would have been a nice touch.Also for obvious reasons, if you are using your handset, this light is not on. I wish that the lifter had a feature that recognized when the handset was lifted by hand. But that is a wish, not a product defect.Overall, I am happy with this device.

Integral if you are I a phone bank.
My job was out of these & I was tired of people coming up & yapping at me while I was on the phone. Works like a charm even though no one knew what it was at first. We had them in our call center but I changed departments. They have a small phone bank for web support & I cannot cradle a phone handset & type, & it hurts. So I prefer a headset. You would think if you’re talking to someone & they aren’t acknowledging your presence they might realize you’re occupied. My boss was the worst offender.

Ich habe lange nach bezahlbaren Anzeigen für die Plantronics gesucht und nun glücklicherweise diese etwas spacy aussehnden Anzeigen gefunden. Sie erfüllen ihren Zweck sehr gut, da die LEDs in der Anzeige bei Betrieb immer in Bewegung sind, fällt es auch entsprechend gut auf und die Kollegen werden nicht von Dritten angesprochen. Das war beim Telefonieren mit Headset vorher immer recht problematisch.Montage ist kinderleicht. Ich kann das Teil nur empfehlen.
