A MUST HAVE!!
I purchased this a few months ago, so my review is a little late BUT I kid you not, I love how easy it is to print ANYTHING with these printers. I have 3 of them. I can make print outs of emails, pictures, labels, and even price menus for my small business. I have even purchased a few of there many different rolls of stickers and paper, and they never disappoint! The quality is much better than those other cheaper versions. I will continue to purchase from this company. Also, their customer service is AMAZING, fast, and friendly. Just what a small business appreciates and needs.

Suits My Needs
Bf and I just need to print the occasional life thing that needs a hand signature. This printer works well for those purposes. A few downsides, however:- The indent to tear the roll doesn’t work well. I have to cut w scissors to get a straight edge.- Because you’re using a roll, the paper tries to roll back up once you cut it/tear it. I wouldn’t use this for large documents with multiple pages.However, since we only need to print occasionally and dont need the hassle of ink, this works for us.

Did not work.
I purchased this item and it wouldn’t work so I contacted Amazon. They sent a replacement and told me since it was broke i need not return the item. I could throw it in my thrash. Now I get notified that they charged me $136. FOR A BROKEN MACHINE THEY TOLD ME TO THROW IT AWAY. I WANT MY REFUND…. NOW!!!

I hate loading my new thermal paper. It’s not a roll so I have to load everytime . And the on and off button is jammed . It’s hard to print. If u do a lot of document printing invest in a better one

A great portable thermal printer for basically any need.
Phomemo printers, in my experience, are as close to perfect as you can get for a consumer product. Being able to take a printer of this quality on the road with you to print receipts, documents, basically anything, is pretty awesome for $99.99 (when reviewed).Positives:-Works perfectly across Windows, Android, and iOS. On my Android phone and Windows, I didn’t need a printer for basic printing. On iOS, needed the app, which is fine, as, well, I’d expect that and used it on Android as well. Windows sees it as a generic printer and just uses it with all the functionality you’d expect in a B&W printer. I notice the listing doesn’t show Bluetooth support on Windows, so maybe it’s motherboard-defendant?-Zero issues getting paired with Android, iOS, or Windows via Bluetooth.-Connected to Android and Windows via USB-C without issue (the cable for my iPhone is toasted, sadly).-Uses both rolls and single sheets of thermal paper.-The size of paper roll can be adjusted and there’s a bunch of options available. If you want to print on different sizes, use the app!-Prints fast! I didn’t time it, but it’s faster than my $400 laser when I’m needing a single print, since there’s no warm-up required.-Being portable, this is rechargeable, thankfully using a USB-C cable.Negatives:-I haven’t run into any so far.Consideration:-This is a thermal printer, and as such, high heat is the enemy of your print outs over time. For permanent prints (like a legal doc), you’re still going to want to use a laser printer. Thermal paper will tend to turn grey over the years if exposed to heat.-When printing from a roll, the output will tend to curl. This isn’t an issue unique to this printer, but all thermal printers I’ve used.-I get the best results from Phomemo’s paper, which can be pricy if you’re using a lot, but it’s great quality. If you’re printing a lot of simple things, you can find single sheets and rolls that are less expensive here on Amazon.In Closing:-If you’re in need of a workhorse travel printer, consider this. J’ai essayer, j’ai eue de la misère mais tous va bien, il suffit de patience pour la configuration (pas compatible avec mon Chromebook). Mon but était d’économiser pour l’achat d’encre (rarement dispose ma sorte en magasin). Utiliser sur Android application Phomeno et je suis une Fan. Étiquettes, documents et pleins de projets a venir.

Great printer. Very easy to use. Also quick printing especially if you’re in a rush. One downfall, the paper roll is so tight inside, the printed paper comes out in a tight roll. Good for labels to post. Not great for documents
