Great product!!
I used to install Panamax surge protectors in my high end Home theaters. I love their products! Protect my exponent from a over voltage, in my house that other store brand surge protectors, melted and even caught fire. This one notified me of the high unsafe voltage and protected my equipment. I highly recommend that you have one, on your TV system

Long time panamax user, not as heavy as my other unit more plastic. Hopefully the internal stuff is built to last. This unit did kill the hum in my speakers that I was hearing. Very thankful for that.

Good quality and value
Good value for the price. I’m know you could spend much more on a product of this type but I think you might soon be into the area of diminishing returns. This entry level Panamax does the basics pretty well, it seems. The front panel lights are quite bright but the blue bars can be shut off. Unfortunately, the laser-bright “power on” light can’t, but it’s easily fixed with some tape or an adhesive label.

Quick hookup. Includes rack mount brackets. I have protecting my entire HT system. It’s a good feeling knowing my expensive equipment is protected from power surges.

Pros:Cool lookingClean power outputMany outlets, perfect for your Media CenterCons:(Not exactly a) I wish it was at a lower price but still i am happy with the quality.Others:I purchased this because:1) i had a lot of noise on my outlets thanks to the AC being on the same line. (Every time the AC would start, my tv would loose signal for a few seconds). After installing this device, it has not had this problem anymore (output line is clean)2) i had some equipment burnt because of a thunderstorm. However all devices behind this were protected.

Nice surge protector/line conditioner! Good value for the money! Even though it is their intro model, no issues with this unit! It is very easy to setup and operate. Seems to work well. Very pleased!

Works great and is smaller than expected.
This Panamax MR4000 arrived promptly and has met our needs. It is very simple to setup and use. The unit also has very easy to accesss on/off buttons etc.The one thing that surprised us was the size of the unit, it is smaller than expected. It is as wide as a standard electronics unit like a DVD player, cable box, or receiver, is about 1 inch thick/high, and only about 6 or 7 inches deep. We had thought it was deeper, similar to a DVD player or receiver but it is about half that deep. We had planned to stack our cable box on top of this unit but because it is so much smaller that won’t work. We had to flip our plan and put the Panamax MR4000 on top.
