Whenever I find information on the Internet, I’m kind of a paper person not a computer person and so I make high-quality prints of technical information articles you name it and I’m able to put them into these particular portfolio holders which have a transparent cover, and it allows me to see What I’m doing and what’s in the particular folder. useful for quickly binding printed copies of manuals downloaded as PDF. I find printed manuals more useful, as when you are trying to figure out a computer problem it’s not always possible to consult a PDF

Attractive and Inexpensive Report Cover
I have now bought and used over 6,000 of these Oxford report covers over the past three years. The concept is excellent and when they are made correctly they make your typed or printed pages into an attractive, professional looking report. The most common problem with them is alignment of the front and back covers. Too often the front cover will be skewed (rotated) so the front clear cover is a quarter-inch or more offset from the rear cover. (Photo shows over 3/8-inch skew) I accept them skewed up to 1/8-inch but I do not know the manufacturer’s specification for this. Another problem with them concerns the prongs for binding the pages to the cover. The prongs are supposed to be lined up with the spine of the cover and most are. If the prongs are rotated out of line (see second photo) I have found that with a little muscle they can be rotated back in line where they should be.
