Best compact electric skillet
You don’t need alot of room to cook. It’s the perfect size for camping. It cooks very well with easy clean up. I’m glad I purchased this one. It was worth the money.

Location of controls
The pan works good but the cord is a little short and the temperature control is located under the handle which makes it very difficult to see. Easy to clean.

Phenomenal for Hot Pots!!!
I bought Oster’s electric skillet specifically to have Hot Pots at home. It is big enough to hold ingredients to feed 2-4 individuals. The soup base boils in 5-10 min depending on the temperature setting. Once the soup base is boiling we start adding the ingredients and wait another few minutes depending on the ingredient to fully cook. The skillet’s surface has not rusted or gotten scratched after numerous (>8) hot pots! The electric skillet does have a small cord so I run an extension cord to the wall. It is perfect during winter and if you are a fan of soup like me, year round!
