    Wrong size
Love and trust the Oster brand. I wanted to replace my old one -same brand-but the measurements on the description are wrong. I am returning it to get the correct size. Gave one star because of the wrong size. Performance of my old one was great.

    Beware!
Unpacked it, plugged it in, fan for air fry and turbo convection cooking DOA! I’m also VERY disappointed that there isn’t a stay on for cooking low and slow without the timer shutting it off. Sending it back

Happy and Satisfied with this purchase!!!
Love this all in one. I bought this to upgrade my previous smaller air fryer and got it for $50 at Target on sale. Since Oster is a reputable brand I didn’t think twice about getting it. I am so happy with this purchase and so far have made a few dishes using the air fry function with no complaints. It’s great being able to see the item as it cooks as I could not with my previous air fryer. If you’re looking for an all in one, go for this one. Cheap and does the job!

Hard to rate, people don’t seem to understand functionality
This is hard to rate because it varies based on function and, if you don’t mind *work-arounds*, you can use this fine even though it fails, one way or another, in most functions. It’s a “love to hate” (or is it ‘hate to love’) sort of things. For starters, the “Air Fry” function is EXACTLY the same as the Turbo, a typical Oster ruse on functionality. It is like they used to have “Warm” which was the exact same as “Bake”, since temperature is always and only controlled by the temperature dial. When you turn on either Turbo (any but!) or Air Fry you get a very weak fan that kicks in (on the right side) and, rather than fulfilling a convection function as expected, it will cook more whatever is closest to the fan. This is a design flaw where the fan blows straight out rather than points down (or up).Any toaster over can be used ‘like’ an air fryer even without a fan, except it will lack both the cooking speed and crispness, though it will still work. Using the air fry setting is equal to convection cooking, though less effective than a quality convection over. The thermostat on mine is bad, but not like in my last Oster toaster over with a bad thermostat. This overheats, a lot, on anything above 400. And even at 400, where I used to always make toast at 5 minutes (in 3 other toaster overs) this one does it in 3-ish. Since it is still a little too hot, it tends to get the outside toastier with the inside hardly… for example, if baking a small pizza, it will not fully rise and barely be hot in the middle when the outside is quite done.I’ve found that the lower end of the temperature scale gives less heat than other overs. So the result is you have to experiment to find the right temperature, where slight changes of the too-small dial can make big changes in temperature.A last thing to mention, as tends to be the case with Oster toaster ovens, they usually have one or more sharp edges on the inside (cost saving shortcut in manufacturing) that can be dangerous when cleaning. You should check closely before moving your hand around too much in there. I’ve cut myself on two different models, and this one has one edge that could do damage. With all these problems, I still like the oven, and since it is a warranty replacement on a model with much lower scores on their website, there’s no use trying to exchange. In fact the unit they replaced was larger and much nicer, though it had other issues, including that after a year the heating elements (or thermostat?) were not getting things hot enough.
