Best yeast I’ve ever used
This yeast works better for me (high altitude baker) than red star or fleischmanns. Gets a really good rise in seemingly less time than those other guys. Is consistent and has helped me be a better baker. I keep the brick in my freezer and just take out enough to use for the current recipe I’m baking. It has been over a year and it works like the first day I opened it. Will buy again for sure.

Reliable, good value
This yeast is good value compared to the supermarket prices. It lasts for at least a year in the fridge. It works well, but I’m not sure if it’s particularly fast rising though.

Not instant yeast but still makes great bread
Doesn’t do the instant part like the last kind of instant yeast I had last. However, you make up your dough and sit it in the fridge overnight and this yeast will make the best bread.

Excellent Quality
This yeast is superior to store brands. It seems fresher and my bread machine items seem to rise higher with it. I’m using this yeast from now on. No more grocery store yeast for me!
