Perfect For Crafts
I had need for a glue pot for a project. I did not have one, so I borrowed neighbors. When I picked it up, she gave me a handful of glue pellets and some fingertip protectors. I told her I didn’t want to use her glue, that I would just toss a couple of regular sticks into the bowl. She explained that the sticks take forever to melt because only one end is resting on the heated surface. So I took a few of those. For what I was doing, I wasn’t worried about getting hot glue on my fingertips, so I did not use the silicone protectors. But, I have had a glob of hot glue get on my hands. Not only does it burn, it does not wipe off easily, and it won’t come out of the shirt or pants you just wiped your hand on. Kids should definitely have adult supervision and use the silicone protectors. Anyway, I found the glue pot so handy I decided to buy my own. I bought this one because it looked just like the one I borrowed. I bought the glue pellets, and just in case I needed them, I bought those silicone fingertip protectors. Plugged it all in, works great, and it awaits my next project.

Lots of craft projects assemble easier with this type of glue then a glue gun, so now I have both and I love this pot.

Good, Could be better
PROS: Adjustable temperature and long cord. Easy to turn off without having to unplug. Works well with my glue sticks.CONS: Outside of pot gets very hot since it’s metal not good if you have small children around or your accident prone.

Demasiado lento
Estaba muy ilusionada y necesitada de este equipo para derretir Keratina Italiana para Extenciones de cabello.Pero resultó demasiado lento demoró casi 14 minutos para derretir las pequeñas bolitas de Keratina. Para este tipo de trabajo No lo recomiendo a mi no me sirvió y lo voy a regresar urgente.

Nice pot, great for crafts.
I got this for my wife for making her wreaths. It is easier to melt the glue sticks and just dip the stems in here. The pot is a little smaller than I was expected, but it holds plenty. Perfect for my wife’s crafts.

Glue Skillet for Crafting, Electric Hot Melt Adjustable Temperature Control Glue Pot
Hot glue pot is easy to use. You can buy the skillet pellet type glue and fill this to melt or just cut up a few glue sticks and put in there. The hot glue pot makes it easier to apply glue to some crafts that way you’re not trying to dispense a lot of glue at one time out of a gun and having it cool off before getting to use it making it less effective. I wish I had gotten this a long time ago for crafting.
