Solid product, simple interface, great customer service
I was interested in this product mostly for my kid to get some activity, especially with winter weather coming soon. The product seems well made in order to take a literal beating. The punch pads feel thick and cushioned in a way that the sensor underneath should stay safe. The included gloves fit well and provide another level of padding. I also like the USB charging and included cable.I haven’t mounted it to the wall yet. The only method of attaching it is with large velcro straps that do look like they’ll stay secure. I can easily be removed for charging as well. I imagine if they relied on hanging on nails it wouldn’t function as well, so I understand the mounting method.I did have an issue with my unit where the display seemed broken. It partially worked, but parts of the numbers were dead, so it was hard to tell what it was actually trying to display. Customer service was amazing though, as I went through Amazon’s site to message the seller and they responded sometimes multiple times a day with follow-up steps and resolution. They shipped me a new unit and it works correctly.In terms of use, you can definitely get a good workout from it. There is only 1 built-in song, but Bluetooth mode easily connected to my phone and allow for any sound tracks to be used, which I planned on doing anyway, for most of my/my kids use of it. There’s plenty of volume and speed adjustments to make it more comfortable or challenging.Overall, I’m very happy with this product and really impressed by their customer service.

My boy really enjoys this toy! He says it’s fun, easy to use, and well-made. It turns working out into a fun activity and is a great way for kids to get exercise. It keeps him busy and helps drain out his super energy, so he sleeps well at night. Highly recommend!

One of the lights on the machine doesn’t work. It is soooo difficult to turn the machine on. I also can’t get it to connect via Bluetooth.

this music boxing machine is pretty fun to use for working out at home. the LED colors will light up for each punch. it comes with music to add extra motivation and fun, and an extra pair of gloves to use with. both my wife and I enjoy using it.
