I got this cable to use my Sony MDR-7506 monitor headphones with my Pixel 7 pro and the cable works great. My Android phone only has a usb connector so this cable was just what I needed.The sound quality is great, no noise or any degradation. I love it!

Be aware of your plug’s diameter!
After going through two other adapters (wrong size, my fault), I found this one. Perfect. Good sound, good connection. Be aware of whether your connector is 1/4″, 3.5mm or 2.5mm! This one is 1/4″ to USB-C.

I bought this headphone plug USB adapter after getting frustrated with the old fashioned adapters that plugged into the small headphone plug on the pc. These always needed to be slanted left or right to get both sides of the headphone speakers to work. No problem with this plug and play adapter and the pc immediately recognizes this adapter soon as it is plugged into the USB port. Well worth the little money spent for this adapter.
