These mats are wonderful. Like many homes in our area, the laundry/mudroom is the first room you enter from the garage. The washer and dryer end up catching lunch boxes, keys and drink cups before they’re finally taken to the kitchen. These items always cause scratches on the appliances and over time those scratches rust. These mats covered the entire top of the appliances and clean up super easy in the sink. I’ve decided to add them to my “favorite products list” for family and friends. I may even buy them as gifts in the future.

Borders not sturdy enough to hold things very well
Love color, ease of cleaning. Only thing I wish had been sturdier and a little higher, are the borders, which are too flimsy to hold things in.The fitwas just a tinge bigger than my LG washer top.

Great for model building and painting mats..
Both our washer and the dryer are top load so these will not work on the top of either. I ordered these as a mat to glue on when I am building a model or making my dioramas. It also works well for painting and just an overall mess catcher. The trick is to wait for whatever glue or paint you spill on it to completely dry before attempting to clean it. once it dries it will peel off so easily. If you try to wipe it down when it is still wet, you will just end up smearing it into the texture of the mat. I even use this mat for soldering jobs and it works well to catch the solder drops. Solder does not burn the mat. I did a craft project that required a two-part epoxy resin and the walls of the mat held in the spill when my barrier started to leak. Again, after it was completely dry it just peeled off. I stuck a little bit in spots that were thicker due to the thermal bonding process of the epoxy. The other mat is in my wife’s car to catch spills when she prepares dishes for work parties in case they spill. We have a protective mat in the back of her cargo area anyway, so this is just extra, but the grippy surface of this mat does help.Since you get two mats for much cheaper than silicone art mats I have seen at half the size. So, I think this is a great deal and would definitely recommend them even if you do not have a washer and dryer side load setup…..

Perfect mat for anything!
This fits well on top of my washer and dryer, and it’s high quality silicone. It’s decently thick and feels durable, and super easy to install. Just set it on top! Even if you don’t use it for above your washer and dryer, it can be used as lots of different things like as a work or project mat. The lip is decent and keeps things contained inside!

Used them for doggie pads, works great!
These are the perfect size to work for our geriatric (per the vet) dog’s pee corner. She can’t hold it all day like she used to, and she does a great job of going on the pads, but she also likes to do the little dog dig-kick after, which messes up the pads and causes a mess if she has to go multiple times during the day.These silicone mats help keep the pads in place even when she kicks them, and catches the pee if she happens to miss. Working great so far!

Decent covers for your washer and dryer
My wife had folded towels as covers on both our washer and dryer, so these replaced them. These covers look a little more like they belong compared to the towels. They stay in place and have edging around the perimeter. Just make sure to measure the top of your machines for fit before ordering.
