Excellent customer service.
Due to my own fault I needed to replace a part of my new bread machine. The company’s customer service people were excellent. They directed me to the proper site and I had the part in a few days.

Ceramic coated paddle – safer than nonstick!
This paddle is literally the only one on the market I could find that is not coated with nonstick coating. I prefer ceramic because it’s much safer. Their customer service is excellent, they always respond promptly and go the extra mile for their customers.

Do not buy for KBS bread machine
Not the correct fit. Will not come back off. Tried soaking, used the tool that it came with, it’s stuckAlthough it worked made my bread. We will seeing it works again that’s why I rated it a 1

Original replacement parts
Great replacement parts. My wife didn’t pay attention when making the first bread and threw the original paddle accidentally out. Thank God for these replacement parts.
