Double Carbon Fiber Heating Tube
Double carbon fiber infrared heat pipe makes the internal drum heat up quickly to ensure that coffee beans are heated evenly.

Attention Please:
1. No matter preheating, cooling, or roasting, stir the drum first.
2. Do not open the heat shield during preheating and roasting.
3. After the roasting is completed, please turn on the “Stir” and “Discharge Smoke” and wait until the wind temperature is reduced to below 50°C before powering off the machine
4. If you strongly desire automatic roasting and have been dedicated to consistency between batches, we recommend M2 dual system. The dual system can connect with Artisan for a roast. For more info about the dual system version, please contact the seller.

Excellent product & customer service
After extensive research of coffee roasting products of the same size, and spending a lot of time looking at reviews and videos and decided this was the best value, It is a large Investment. I received it in just a few days and you could see the Inside box had some miles on it. Upon opening I discovered a missing part and a dent on the controller, but the machine was in perfect working order and there was adequate packing. I emailed the address on the enclosed guide explaining the issues. I received a response with an hour or so even though it says within 24 hours. With a few emails I had a pkg on the was from HK with everything plus a bonus for the problem! The CS is amazing, I was very impressed and received everything within a week. Questions have been answered within hours. This roaster is very easy to use, I have roasted 5 batches so far and they came out amazing. Ive been making espresso for over 30 years and this was some of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you for great product and awesome customer service!

it came with a broken pannel control
the kaleido is a great roaster machine. the control pannel came broken and the on/off switch doesnt work, it goes off when unplugged from the electrical source

NO Replacements parts available
Can not locate any source for my M2 heating element replacement. Went to the Kaleido USA site, and they could not be bothered to assist. Very frustrating.

Aslmost perfect
I was looking for a unit to race the Mandalorian. This one reminded me of the Empire ships. I figure they would have to be fast. I love the articulating doors. But it turns out I can’t quite reach plaid in this one. Therefore the 4 stars.

Very professional and QUICK company to work with
I unfortunately had a minor issue with the tumbler drive shaft snapping after my 3rd roast. Contacting the seller was easy, responses came within an HOUR (blew me away), shipped the part that snapped immediately (had in 5 days) and sent instructions to replace (didn’t need, was an EASY fix). The machine is SO EASY to replace any parts, which for in the future will be huge if needed. Came with an extra heating element as well which I didn’t expect as I would think it should be the only item needing replacement 9/10 times.Roaster worked exactly as described and made some of the best beans I have ever had. DO NOT DO MORE THAN 380/390g, had an uneven cook when I tried 400g which is the listed maximum.

Great roaster!
I decided to splurge on this roaster after my trusty old roaster gave up the ghost after 8 years of service. The Kaleido is awesome – well made, very quick to roast (11oz to full city in around 10 minutes, about half the time of my old one), and the cooling mechanism cools to room temp in about 3 minutes! The display makes it easy to track and tailor the process and the bean sampler is very helpful for checking on things. No chaff mess as the collector tray gathers everything. I’m delighted!
