Beautiful and practical
This was very easy to set up, nicely made, and very easy to use. I wish there was a way to diffuse scents in the process but I haven’t been successful in that. The 48 min cycle does a great job refreshing shirts and suit jackets and you will notice the freshness. It won’t remove any stains (of course) but if you’re like me and wear blazers 5 days a week, this is a game changer. It doesn’t always get the wrinkles out so sometimes you need two cycles. I found it very difficult to connect the ThinQ app but that’s generally been a problem in my experience for LG devices. Still, I would highly recommend this product. Even while getting ready in the morning you can throw a shirt or pants in for 20 mins to get refreshed while you shower or make coffee. Putting in clean and sanitized clothes really gets your confidence going. Every high performer that dresses to impress should take a minute to research this and see if it fits their lifestyle. Definitely a lot less dry cleaning visits in my life since I got this.

It’s a nice to have
It is good in general but I don’t get it why it required user to put in little pieces of assembly items that they could totally be done before package. Steam function is very good like a home dry wash. But it doesn’t have enough shelving. I had to diy one.

Ok, wrong color
The LG Styler that was delivered is not black, as shown. It is more of an espresso brown version. That should be more accurately described. Our builder already installed it, and the return window is apparently closed, so we are stuck with a brown appliance.

Makes noise after a few uses
The product is good but after a few uses the rocker makes noise as it is functioning. At first it did not, but now it is very loud.

The item came completely broken and we couldn’t even tell
This product arrived completely damaged without us being able to see any damage. We built a new house so this has been in our garage while we waited for the house to be complete. We had the laundry room cabinets specifically built for this which is why we ordered a year in advance. The first time plugged in the IF error was on. I YouTubed all errors to no avail. We called LG and a repair man came. He was stumped. When he opened the back and told us it appears the product had been dropped …not just a little drop but he said it would have had to have been dropped off of the truck to produce the type damage in the back. This has been in its original box this whole year just sitting in the garage. This was such a hassle because the first item sent to us wasn’t even the right product so Amazon replaced which was great….but they replaced with a completely broken LG styler! Please helpe
