UPDATE:Seller made it right and sent me a replacementI hate this vacuum! Our little M-210 held up well but finally died on me. I got this model to replace it, it was a good price and labeled as a newer improved model. No, just no. Gets stuck CONSTANTLY, a pain in the butt to take the collection container out and an even bigger pain to clean! You need a minimum of 3 hands to clean this out. That or put the dirty container on the floor or counter. Both of which is not an ideal option since it just vacuumed. I hate this thing and now I’m stuck with it. Don’t know if I will stick with this brand sadly.

Some Defects but Great Response from Manufacturer
I’ve needed to get the charging dock and the dust bin replaced due to having issues with them on separate occasions and both times I had great timely response and was able to receive the replacement parts! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I’ve had to do that but again it was easy to get the replacements. Otherwise I do love this robot vacuum and enjoy the brand as I have another vacuum from Lefant that I’ve had no issues with and have had for a while now!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the M320 – lots of suction power and a “smart” machine. However, I had a charging issue but was able to resolve the matter very easily through Lefant. It is apparent that this company takes pride in their products and customers. Highly recommended.

Can’t find charger station
Probably the worst version of this out there I’ve had many other cheaper brands that can get to the charger on there own this one requires you to do that cause it only tries to find the charger for 15 seconds then gives up and turns off so you have to manually pick it up and put it on the charger it also runs it’s battery down so fast it doesn’t save enough power to make it to the charger the app is horrible and still will not find the vacuum so your stuck with the remote it comes with but it’s range is only about 4 feet so you have to be right next to it without anything in between you and it even a shoe will stop the remote signal it does pick up dust but nothing heavy like one piece of pea gravel it just pushed it around my house scratching up my floors I’d go with eufy, or any other brand if you have not had one before definitely a garbage product for it’s cost

Es la primera vez que compro una aspiradora robot, llego algunas semanas de uso y detallo mis observaciones:Cumple con su trabajo de asipiarar y lo hace muy bien tiene 3 niveles se succión la uso en medio y limpia perfectamente.Mapeo: la aspiradora no realiza correctamente el mapeo ya que vueleve muchas veces al mismo punto a realizar su función y choca muchas veces con las patas de los muebles y ciertos objetos y demoras mucho en regresar a su cargador incluso estando cerca da muchas vueltas.La App: es muy básica para el precio de esta aspiradora, funciones muy primitivas sin permitir personalizar qué áreas deseas aspirar.La batería: hasta ahora no he tendió problemas con la batería 50% limpiando 120 minutos en nivel medio.La recomendarías, la verdad que no hasta que mejoren su firmaware y su app. Aspira muy bien.

Flimsy Clip to Open Collection Bin
Update: I am happy that after I contacted the seller they offered to replace the device or refund my money. I am very happy with the response and home the next machine has no issues. I’ve had several robot vacuum cleaners over the years and this is by far the best at collecting dirt, dust, and dog hair. But the clip to open the collection bin to empty the debris is not sturdy at all. In less than a month it fell off and the piece that pops it back in to place to secure it broke when I attempted to put it back on. I was careful to be gentle and not force it and it still broke. I tried using it without the clip but the collection bin gets stuck, I had to gently shake it upside down to get the bin out. For now I am using tape to keep the bin closed and it is working but now what I expected to be doing after using a product for such a short time.

He esperado como unos 7-8 meses a escribir para ver qué tal funcionaba y no puedo más que decir cosas buenas.Mis padres tienen una roomba y en comparación me quedo con Lefant. Limpia genial, tiene la opción de saltar objetos o subir encima de alfombras, rara vez se queda trabada. Tienes la App para manejarla con WiFi desde el móvil y así poder programar la limpieza cada día o encenderla si no estás en casa para que se ponga en marcha.Lo único a lo que no le veo mucha funcionalidad es a la mopa/fregona. Al menos este modelo no lo tiene perfeccionado.
