Life saver!
My laundry room doesn’t have space for hanging and folding. This “turtle” has been a great aid for getting all the clothes from the dryer in one trip, to the bed, so i can fold and hang! So easy to use! Just unfold, place in dryer ontop of clothes. Then, use the dryer fin to spin the clothes on top of the “turtle”. Use the handles to pull out of the dryer and carry to the final location! It is sturdy and easy to spin fold back into its pouch. Highly recommend!Regular size dryer? Get the larger size.

Exactly what I needed!
The photos are of a pretty large load of laundry (this is the large size Laundry Turtle).I recently gave up my apartment to rent a room and I’ve had to come up with a lot of space-saving solutions to make it worth my while (my room is reeeeally tiny). I highly recommend this for anyone in a similar situation!I hate using my dirty laundry hamper to carry clean laundry (especially if there’s still dirty laundry in it), but I don’t have space for a bulky laundry basket so I was looking for one of those plastic/silicone folding ones and stumbled across this. It takes up waaaaay less space and easily transports my clean laundry through the house to my bedroom without leaving a trail of socks and undies behind me! It’s also useful for transferring wet clothes into the dryer more efficiently. The first use is a little awkward, but I imagine I’ll get more efficient with each use. (Update: the second use was awkwardness-free!)It did have an unpleasant odor when I opened it (a rubbery smell that I recognize from some workout equipment that uses the same foamy material), but I let it air out for a couple of days and it’s almost gone. I don’t know if it’ll go away completely but it didn’t seem to transfer to my laundry, and I use unscented everything, so I’d notice. This would probably be an issue if you were to store your clean laundry on/in this for an extended amount of time, but I don’t see why anyone would need to do that.My only complaints are the price (a bit high for what you get), and I think the color is really ugly. Lost one star for the price, but none for the color because I keep it in my closet so it doesn’t really matter. The odor isn’t bothersome enough to consider it a complaint.

Just what I needed
I bought the laundry turtle to transfer clothes from the dryer to the bed, where I fold them. I’ve been using it a couple weeks now and love it. Works exactly as described, capturing all my clothes in one fell swoop. I wasn’t sure which size to order, because though the inside of my dryer is large, the opening is smaller at 15 inches. The large works well and is the appropriate size. I just fold it in half, it slips right in and expands to cover the entire load of clothes, all clothes fall into the hammock created by the turtle as I rotate the dryer drum, and I remove the turtle while holding the top closed with both hands. Easy peasy. It’s utilitarian and not pleasing aesthetically speaking like some of the rope baskets I was looking at, but its perfect function and easy storage make up for that.

I live in a loft where I have to go up a skinny spiral staircase and this thing has been a LIFESAVER! What a GREAT idea! You just throw it in the dryer and spin your dryer and the clothes fall in. It has 4 side “handles” which makes it easy to grab and carry directly out of the dryer. Love this.

Not sturdy and difficult to position – especially if you have a large dryer. I find that putting the laundry in a basket is much quicker and less difficult .

it does live up to its purpose of holding all the clothes in from the drier to another room.bought a smaller one so i can use in our washing machine (to transfer clothes from washing machine to drier).also, this Christmas, bought for every ladies in the family. am sure they will find useful in their household also.

I’m not a fan of laundry day on the best of days and this Laundry Turtle makes it less loathsome. Being able to move the clothes from the washing machine into the dryer in one trip between the two machines is great! And THEN being able to pull all the laundry out of the dryer in one go is ALSO GREAT! This has removed the hassle of wet clothes being moved by the handful and accidentally dropping clean clothes on the floor. I have the large size which is perfect for my dryer .. it’s a little big for my washing machine but it manages just fine! I may end up purchasing the smaller size as well because, short of having someone else to my laundry for me, the laundry turtle makes this chore less tedious.

I’ve been looking to a better alternative to a laundry basket for years! This folds up small for storage between loads, and is quick and easy to get your clothes to and from the machines. It’s light and very flexible. The price point is a bit high, but I do love it and have purchased a second for a gift!
