Amazing organic bread flour. Perfect for my sourdough. Was an amazing deal. Unfortunately I’ve seen the price has gone up. Will keep buying but if it goes up higher I’ll have to look elsewhere. Really loved this deal.Bought 1 at 5.99 first was wrapped in plastic then put in a box. It was very well protected and we had no issues. Bought second at 7.99. It was just placed in the box. And it unfortunately rained that day. Had I not been able to grab it as soon as delivered it would have been ruined. No issues other wise.

Sourdough
I use King Arthur Bread flour almost exclusively for my sourdough. I went on a baking streak and made several loaves which are now in my freezer. Good bread so the flour must be good!
