This thing did not work for one second on Christmas Day for my grandson, charged for two days and not one second of power. Terrible product.

Great birthday gift for 10 year old grandson!
I opened the package upon receipt and fully charged the battery before I wrapped it for my grandson’s birthday, because I know how impatient little boys are. They want to play with new things immediately. At first my grandson was disappointed and could hardly ride it, but then we looked at the manual….. who reads the manuals (hahaha). In reading we found out that the hoverboard needs to be calibrated. After his dad helped him calibrate the hoverboard, it works and rides beautifully. He is very happy with it. Just remember, it may need to be calibrated, which is the difference of being able to ride it or it tipping over.
