A watch that PROMISES Results
I have reviewed so many watches for reaching my workout goals. This watch fit those needs. I run marathons and I needed something to help me be accountable & a watch that promises results. Truly put in the work & this works. It measures my speed and agility which helps me to get better. With the forward, back , up-down and side to side features is wonderful because it allows me to work on drills to help me become faster by working on my muscle movement. It syncs perfectly with my iPhone and if using my fiancé’s android it also connects easily. When running stairs; this product shows my intensity level and if I didn’t reach my goal it allows me to work on that. Most watches focus to much on calories, and distance only. This watch states 3 promises!!! “Purpose•Motivation•Results”Be accountable for your own food prep and say goodbye to calorie watches. Why waste your time and money. The price is perfect, the two colors are great and the promise of helping you become a better athlete/stronger individual is key!! Best part is the attachment for your phone so you can do drills! Keep in mind during this pandemic all we can do is workout outside and become stronger….so why not invest in the only product that can help built back that moral. I’ve never been more thrilled with any watch & this was the best and right purchase for me. I am setting those goals but most importantly achieving them!!!

Disappointing and frustrating
I had high expectations for this product but was grossly disappointed. First, I bought one a few days ago and clearly received a defective product. It wouldn’t turn on, couldn’t charge, and was completely useless. I contacted Amazon, returned the item, and purchased another one. The other device came a few days later and immediately connected to my phone. I started to get excited until I got to the part that asked about the serial number. I inputted the serial number and received an error message that the number could not be found. Tried several times but to no avail. I deleted the app, powered off my phone, and tried again, but still nothing. I contacted the seller, and up until the point of writing this review, I have not heard from them. Needless to say, I will not be buying another one nor will I buy anything from this company again. I

This is a coach’s best friend
I have coached football for 10 years and have used stopwatches, smartphones and smartwatches to track 40 times, and cone drills. Relying on button pushes and to track this is highly unreliable and inaccurate. True laser trackers are thousands of dollars and out of budget for a lot of people. I learned about Jawku while researching what was available, and was skeptical. I went ahead and ordered one, and tried out with my son. It was extremely impressive, and able to track his progress as he worked to improve his 40 times. I brought it to practice when we were doing evaluations of the players. This created quicker and more accurate reads than we had ever created in the past. The young men also liked to use it during breaks to see if they could beat their times throughout the year, which just helped push the kids to make improvements. I find the Jawku to be as accurate as pro equipment, but more user friendly and affordable.

I purchased the JAWKU for my son, who is a football player. We both were so excited when it arrived! Despite trying all of the troubleshooting instructions given and multiple phone calls with customer service, the 1st one we received would not connect to bluetooth and was presumed defective. The replacement connected immediately, but we were disappointed that it did not register by simply wearing it as he ran past his phone. The device actually had to be held to the phone as he crossed the finish line, which obviously negatively impacted timing. When attempting to use the JAWKU the following day, the device had disconnected from bluetooth. Getting it to connect from that point on was really a hit or miss, but mostly misses. We wanted this to work so badly. It just didn’t and was returned.

Great timing system depending on your training needs.
This is a really cool, unique piece of technology. I like the idea of cutting the cost of a timing system by replacing the timing gate(s) with a smartphone. I also like the numerous options it gives you as to what sprinting/running distance you want to record. It’s ability to record your reaction time is a very useful feature. It’s simple to use (as long as you know how to read and follow directions).The only thing I don’t like about it is that you cannot time flying sprints. If there was a way to do so, I’d be all in on this product and wouldn’t have returned it.Make sure you use it during a time with sufficient daylight. Otherwise, you won’t get a recorded time whenever you cross in front of your phones’ camera.

Now I know how fast I really am
I have always wanted to run fast. I measure myself all the time. But, using my stopwatch and iPhone isn’t a great way to get a real time. I don’t have access to or the money to buy the real expensive laser timing systems. So when I saw this on Instagram I immediately wanted to try it. The price was more than a stopwatch, but less than an iPhone and far less than the laser timing systems.The first thing I want to say about this is that it works! Its easy to set up and to get started.But, for the price I wanted to make sure it was accurate. $200 is a lot less than $2,000. It seemed accurate when I compared it with my stop watch. But to be sure, I went to a training facility near my work. I compared it to a system called Fusion. I looked on-line and the fusion system that I used was $2,500. Heres the best part of this story and the reason why I am taking the time to write this review. The Jawku was as accurate as the Fusion timing system. I tested 10 times and the average difference was 0.01.I am so excited to use this!!!
