Wow! Why Didn’t I Buy This A Couple Of Years Ago?
Wow – this Janz 20 Inch surface cleaner makes powerwashing my large concrete driveway and sidewalks so much easier and faster than using just the original powerwasher wands. Also keeps you much more dry and avoids all the stuff flying through the air (and all over you) since it has the brush like material surrounding the entire circumference bottom. I did have to purchase an adapter to use initially as the quick connects were 1/4 inch and I had an M22 connection on my powerwasher gun. The quick connect is nice as I did at times connect another nozzle up to hit tight spaces where this couldn’t reach.I did have a problem with one of the extension wands leaking. I contacted Janz via email that evening, and within a matter of minutes they had replied back asking for my shipping address so they could send a replacement wand. That is superb customer service! They also asked if I could send pictures of it leaking so they could share with manufactuing.So the concept of the surface washer is great. And Janz definitely stands behind their products. I have other products of theirs and have been pleased as well, so the reason for choosing Janz over some other competitor offerings for this purchase.And a suggestion for sidewalks… Perhaps edge the sidewalk prior to powerwashing. That makes it easier to get to the edges of the sidewalk as you carefully allow one wheel to hang over the edge since the unit is round. Just make sure you don’t allow the spinning water rod to hit something if you aren’t on flat surface. No problem for me, but wanted to raise a word of caution.I could definitely recommend this product and the Janz company.

Exactly what I hoped it would be
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I bought this. I needed to pressure wash my driveway and figured this would save me a ton of time, but doubted converting a small pressure washer nozzle into a 20″ wide attachment would clean very well. Boy was I wrong. I was giggling like a little kid when I used this thing for the first time! Saved me hours of work, almost looking forward to using it on my patio and decks in the spring.

Time saving
It clearly cleans the dirty concrete. Not as well as the wand. But instead of 2 and half days I cleaned 100 + feet of driveway in 5 hrs. I recommend putting zep concrete cleaner in your pressure washer Soap tank. Wet concrete first and Apply the soap let’s sit for a couple minutes and then use the machine.

This made the job so much easier!
My driveway is 175′ long with a large parking pad off the garage. I had a 15″ brand name surface cleaner, but it did not have wheels. It was slow going with the old one, so I figured there had to be a better way. The 20″ Janz with wheels made all the difference in the world! I had to hold the old one down to keep it from flipping. I could move the Janz with two fingers. It was well worth the cost.
