worked just fine on my hotpoint stove
Seemed to be a little smaller than the original but not enough to effect the use . It costs $25 less than an actual Hot point unit.

Holy wow
Got this sooner than expected had to make alittle adjustment to make it fix the old drip pan , but work this piece of work works better than expected the heating time and cooking time are like wow but make sure u let the cool down time run its course. P.s get a drip pan that fits this and your oven or be like us and make a small adjustment your gonna love it.

Was not compatible
I had to return this as it didn’t work for my old apartment stove. Since the stove is super old, I don’t think they make the part anymore. My husband left a silicon food-grade spatula on a burner and it melted. It was too late when I noticed it. After having tried and looked for a compatible heating element online and in brick-and-mortar stores and failed, I decided to do an experiment. With a mask on, I turned up the heat on the affected heating element (medium heat), and scraped the melted silicone on it with a wooden spoon. Did that for a few minutes and then just let the heat do the rest. I had all the fans and vents on. I also opened the door and the windows. It worked!

Did not fit
The part was mid-represented. The contacts were shown in the photo to be flat metal contacts but they were the loop metal contacts. This part did not fit my Hotpoint like the Hotpoint part. I thought I was getting a Hotpoint product. They did get the size right.Poor quality in my opinion – the burner did not sit solid in the base like the original. The parts of the burner move and bend flexing upward, and do not sit flat.

This product was not the same as advertised picture. The one that I had seen had notches cut out from the legs. The ones that were sent looked like universal ones which didn’t fit my GE range.
