It keeps things cold.
I have only had this product for a couple of months and it is used in my office at work. It has kept things cold so far.

I received a fridge running very loud. I wanted to get customer service from Honeywell following information on the Amazon support link. Honeywell representative said they are not making these and they do not support them.I found out following from the back of the user manual:”The Honeywell Trademark is used under license form the Honeywell International Inc. Honeywell International Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to this product. This product is manufactured bt BHRS Group, LLC.”The Customer Service telephone number given on the manual is not valid. You are buying a product without customer support from Honeywell Inc.
