Amazon Customer –
Didn’t work properly
Set the scanner up upon arrival. Did not feed the papers through the scanner at all. Even though this was a refurbished machine, it was supposed to be up to Amazon standards before shipping.

Not everyone likes TIF files where is the PDF
It lacks the variety of file that this tech should have. Very disappointed.

Keep in mind these are Refurbished
My old one has a large scratch on the glass from a scanned page with a staple. I thought it would be a good idea to replace it with the same scanner. That was a mistake. These scanners are no longer supported by Fujitsu and the drivers don’t work with Windows 10 or higher. Mine came without the paper feeder (I just used the one from my old scanner). I was able to get it working using Microsoft Scan. Can’t use ScandAllPro anymore. Buyer beware.
