No issues, great product
Had no issues with the scanner. It connected to my phone easily and works great. Can easily scan a ton of items and it sends the data to the phone quickly.I believe the way it works is it acts as an external keyboard and inputs the barcode into your phone.

We have purchased roughly 40 of these hand scanners for our warehouses and have been very pleased. After years of buying the expensive ones (named after a striped horse) that literally cost 10-15x more than this, we’ve decided that using these as a consumable item makes more sense.These are easy to pair with iPads and iPhones pair via bluetooth and easy to reset/reprogram with the included bar codes of necessary.We’ve had a couple of these break under normal warehouse conditions (drops, slams, etc), but we did have one that just stopped working out of nowhere according to its owner. A few emails with Eyoyo support later and we had a replacement shipped our way. Excellent customer service!

Great scanning tool
This is a great scanning tool that is a good size and even though I have big hands it sits nice and snug. If there is one complaint I have is that it would sometimes lose Bluetooth connectivity while I am using it and have to wait for it to reconnect.

Size , battery, and blutooth are great – BUT no scanning from LCD/LED computer screens or tablets.
Took some getting used to – there is a laser field instead of a traditional line to place on the barcode. Once you get the hang of it, this machine is pretty accurate.However, this scanner does NOT scan from LED or LCD computer screens or tablets as was advertised in the description – this was a disappointment but.Size and battery life are great, and I like the blutooth connection to the laptop without a usb dongle (to lose).

Very user friendly
Absolutely love this! It works great on both my iPad and my computer. Easily scans barcode and comes with a variety of customizing options in the booklet. I only wish it came with a hard case as the button is very easily pressed from within a bag or pocket.

Easy and great for the price
For the price this thing is great. Took me awhile to set it up which was fine for me because I don’t know much at all about all the tech stuff. I’ve used it a few times with my square app and the barcodes I generated.It shuts off if not used in a minute so that helps on battery life, you can use it while plugged in, the booklet explains everything.I do recommend having the book with you

Different modes and so small
I use this for scanning assets at work. It has a vibrate only mode, easily connected via Bluetooth to my Win 10 laptop, doesn’t take up any room on my desk, works same as an expensive scanner gun.

Lo tuve y el diseño está muy genial! No pesa ni estorba, lo puedes guardar en tu bolsa del pantalón. Pero se descarga súper rápido, aunque no lo uses mucho y lo que no me gustó es que no Lee todos los códigos de barras que otros escáner si leen. De 10 códigos, leen 7.

Used this for work. Never had any issues. The only thing that annoyed me was that it was so sensitive that the slightest touch would turn it on or wake it up and then it had a high pitch beeping that you had to just let happen until it stopped a few seconds later.

Scanning Amazon packages requires a Bluetooth scanner and I have a few from different brands. This one is my primary scanner. It does have a smaller battery compared to my other two scanners, but it’s small and seems to have a higher successful scan rate.
