Very pleased
Wow, fantastic for the price! I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner! It is very easy to use, it has adequate suction and lifts cat litter. Dust other simple debris from the carpets and floors and does it very well! The vacuum cleaner is very easy to clean is lightweight and recharge is quite quickly. I bought it because I have my cat litter box in the bathroom and I don’t like walking on litter that easily comes out of the litter box after my cat uses it. I walk around barefoot and I find that this is very easy to just pick up. Turn it on and clean up any letter that has scattered. I’ve used this also on my carpeted floors and it does a very very good job. I did purchase this as it was a return that another customer had sent in. I’m very happy!!

Lightweight and easy to use
I needed a vacuum that I could easily manage for hardwood floors and carpet including two sets of steps. But it needed to be lightweight and portable. This more than does the job. It glides over carpet and floors smoothly and picks up everything with the adjustable power control button- I have the suction I need throughout the house. The charge lasts the entire time for a two story 4 bedroom 4 bath, entryways, laundry & mudroom job. And there’s attachments that work well in our cars. Easy to assemble & clean. Great purchase.

Great, Lightweight Option for Quick Clean-Ups
The Eureka Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum has made life with an overachieving shedder far easier. It truly is lightweight and easy to maneuver and handles dog hair surprisingly well. It works well on low-pile rugs also. The tube / stick can be shortened so that it can also be used as a handheld with or without the floor attachment. It is more narrow than a full sized vacuum, so it will take more passes to cover the same surface area, but it’s so lightweight that this isn’t an issue for me. It holds a decent charge when fully charged. I wish it came with a brush attachment, which would make it easy to do a quick dusting of baseboards and blinds. Overall, a good buy for someone who needs to do a quick daily pick up of dog hair or light debris.

Vacuum worked great 6 months. Customer service was awful.
If you are looking for a stick vacuum to last short term, this is the vacuum for you! This vacuum is a great little work horse. It sucks up my toddlers Cheerios and my German shepherds hair. I will say that because the intake is narrow at the top it will suck up things as large as goldfish and popcorn, but they will then clog the vacuum.It’s been a wonderful replacement for the broom and pan, and it vacuums well enough to do a cursory “sweep” of carpet.However. After using this little vacuum daily for months, when returning it to the hook on the wall the tube extension and floor attachment ca-chunked right onto the floor. The small piece of plastic which attached them to the main canister had broken right off. The vacuum was not roughly treated, it was stored in the same place daily after use, and while the canister still sucks at the same strength, because it is the cannisters plastic that is broken it can no longer attach to the extension tube or floor attachment without falling right off.I contacted customer service regarding this issue via email and asked if it was possible to get a replacement part or even a replacement vacuum since I really liked the vacuum while it worked. Without any opportunity for discussion they told me they are mailing me a check within 10-14 business days. The check is for the price I paid in October, $96, and the current price (even with the coupon applied) is $108. So if I wait the 3 weeks for the check, cash it, and buy a new one I’m still paying $12 more to have a working vacuum and I have a broken one to dispose of.Instead of this I’ve just duct taped the tube to the canister. It still works, it’s just not pretty. I understand sometimes parts get stressed and break but I was really disappointed with the customer service response to a broken product.Overall, the vacuum sucks in a good way but if it breaks the customer service is seriously lacking.**Update**: I’ve knocked this product down to 1 star due to the awful customer service. In order to issue a refund (via check mailed within 10-14 business days), the company insists on having a very specific format of the order invoice which cannot be accessed on Android phones. They’ve still not issued me a check. I didn’t receive an email notifying me a check was sent, or that it was denied, so I reached out and requested that if the check still hasn’t been mailed I’d prefer a wiring vacuum. The customer service rep informed me they do not replace vacuums. The customer service really couldn’t be any worse.

The best gift I ever bought myself
Love how light weight and easy to transport this is. The charge allows me to finish an entire floor in house so quickly. No unplugging and moving cords. Does not hold a charge for extremely long but perfect to finish a floor. Great suction power, easy to clean. Prefer it over my traditional more expensive vacuum with a cord.

Worked great until it didn’t
This vacuum was great as a lightweight versatile device that I could use for quick touch-ups or as a hand vac, to supplement my Roomba… for about seven months. Then it just suddenly stopped working. On a holiday weekend, of course. I tried looking for information about what was wrong and it was very difficult to track down. Maybe it was a battery issue or a charger issue, I couldn’t be sure, and when I tried to see what replacement parts would be available for either of those, it was also very difficult to track down any clear info. I finally messaged Eureka and I did hear back from them early on the next business day, they requested some documentation and replied back the same day that I may be getting a full refund, which i will find out if and when I receive a check in 10-14 days, or I may not be getting a refund, which I will find out if they contact me, in which case I’m not sure what options they will offer. So now I am shopping for another vacuum. If this was a one-off unusual glitch then I would say this is a pretty good product, and the customer service could have been worse. If this were something I could easily live without it would not be a big deal. But the irony of having a one device as both a floor vac and a handheld vac is that if it breaks, there is no backup. I live in an apartment so no storage space to hold onto spares. And a Roomba can’t clean under the couch cushions.
