Perfect for pancakes and crepes
We love to indulge in going extra for breakfast on the weekends. Regular skillets just don’t make pancakes and crepes easy to do. This pan is outstanding. Nothing sticks, easy clean up, solid construction. We have had no issues with scratching even after running through the dishwasher. This is the perfect amount of flat needed to make pretty crepes. The pan is light to hold and use. It heats well and evenly on our gas top. Works perfect for us and we only had to attach the handle out of the box.

Great but flawed
Ordered this to replace my old griddle. So the item does what is expected when using it. The heat distribution is great, food heats up on it quite quickly, and cleanup is a snap, but I began to notice some issues.First, the handle is a seperate piece screwed onto the metal plate, which is made of either plastic or silicone. The problem is the handle section gets pretty close to where the fire is on a gas stove and the handle seems to be burning and loosening up from being attached to the plate section. It has even begun to crack a little bit at the base of the handle. I’m thinking with the current usage, this will eventually completely crack and come off the metal plate section.The other thing I noticed is that when I do cook on it, I notice a faint particular smell emanating from the unit. I’m guessing this might the burning of the handle section. You can see from the pic that the base of the handle has burn marks. Mind you, I’ve just been using this item as intended. Not putting it over a huge flame or overheating it and it seems to already be coming apart after a month of use. Buy at your own risk. I would probably have purchased one with a more sturdy metal handle instead of this one with a plastic one.
