Great for small bathroom space
Other than trash bags being very thin and flimsy it was perfect in my bathroom . Matched my decor which is what I was going for . The directions of usage , batteries , lining trash bag could have been better written ; but for the value of money spent it sufficed. Lid /sensor works great . Easy to clean. I would have rather have had the batteries than the trash bags or both. Overall not an awful purchase.

Love how chic this is and how much it holds! We have a dog and the auto close lid helps keep her out of our trash. I didn’t love that it was all plastic but for the price I’m not complaining. And we’ve gotten so many compliments!

Good enough – a little small
Was looking for a little less ick in the bathrooms. Ordered the two gallon size after measuring the target wastebaskets I already had to compare. The Elpheco ones are plastic and look plastic – not as ‘elevated’ appearing as other reviewers would have you think. The lid works great- just as advertised. Stays open for a couple of seconds unless you wave your hand again. My biggest takeaway is that it is small. When you put the trash bag over the ring and put it in – the ring catches and stays several inches into the trash can – bringing down the capacity even more and leaving dead space. The lid does nestle inside the trashcan but it doesn’t need that much space. So I actually threw the ring away and just lined the trashcan as I normally would and left the bag hanging over and put the lid on. Is it as esthetically pleasing – no – but it gives you more room and in my bathrooms you don’t see them from the door so it makes no difference to me.

I recently purchased this product, everything was great, but not even 2 weeks have passed and the lid does’t close, I’m upset, I thought it was the batteries, but no, I have already changed 3 sets, but the lid does’t close, could you send/replace me with a new lid please?
