Our Flat screen went out so we bought this as an alternative and I’m so happy we did. The picture quality is Excellent and the volume is great. It was easy to set up and definitely looking to do away with tvs and just have these.

Well worth it
Use it for outdoor movies. Excellent picture. Love the adjustment feature to get a fit to the screen. Could be louder but at the same time happy it’s not because that would likely annoy the neighbors. Haven’t tried linking external sound for reason stated in previous sentence. Very easy to use. Plug in a fire stick and it becomes the same entertainment setup you already have, only outdoors. Needs extendable legs in front. Have to use foreign object to align with screen.Probably more like three stars, but we’ve used and enjoyed it enough to give it four. Worth the money.

Not as bright as advertised
Positive sides:- A projector came in a handy small backpack- Easy to mirror from macOS in the same WiFi network.- True FullHD resolution.Negative sides:- Not as bright as advertised. At dusk time, in a 1st floor room, 8 m away from a window, the brightness is good on a 60 cm (24″) white screen, about acceptable on a 100 cm (40″) white screen, and whatever larger than that allows you to guess the colors only. Considering it was advertised as 50-300″, this is a show stopper in my case.- Brightness is not adjustable from the menu – though you would not want to reduce it, but you can’t increase it too.- If powered off and on, need to manually enter into iOS/macOS mirroring mode in the menu again. Thus, if someone plugged it off by mistake, it takes a minute or more to continue watching.- Batteries for the remote are not included (not a big deal but keep in mind)I had to return it because of low brightness.

Cheap and crappy
Started out great, except the remote only works about a third of the time so to consistently use the device, you have to manually use the buttons on the device. Ours is upside-down and hanging from the ceiling. So that makes it kind of a pain but now the sound has gone completely out. For awhile when it did this I could get it to come back by recelecting the source, but that stopped working. I had high hopes and I wasn’t expecting top of the line at this price, but sound is pretty important. Notice how all the other reviews have a similar structure and layout? It’s interesting that all those people reviewing this product would all follow the same format. It’s almost like someone told them what to say.

great video, poor speakers
Happy with the purchase overall. Video quality is excellent, setup is very easy. Only donwside is the speaker. I set everything up indoor and we could hardly hear it in the kitchen, much less outdoors. You absolutely will need a decent bluetooth speaker. Another high note though: connecting it to a bluetooth speaker is very simple
