Best roller mop technology so far
I had been waiting for the Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni for so long, and I am thrilled to finally have it! I decided to buy this robot because my old vacuum struggled with tough stains and pet hair from my cat.The roller mop technology is a game-changer! It removes heavy stains in just one pass without spreading dirt around, making my floors feel much cleaner than with traditional mopping robots. The suction power is incredibly strong, so I never have to worry about dust or cat hair on the floor.I also love the extendable side brush, which helps clean wall corners. While it’s not the most important feature for me, it definitely comes in handy at times. The obstacle avoidance works well, detecting and avoiding most objects on my floor. Plus, the built-in camera allows me to check on my home even while it’s cleaning.Overall, this robot has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to pet owners or anyone looking for a powerful cleaning solution!

Awesome robot vac/mop
Bought this after about 2 years with a Dreame L20 which was my first robot vacuum. This thing is awesome, and has honestly exceeded my expectations on performance. I have a household with a golden retriever, who’s hair ALWAYS tangled up my L20s brush and caused all kinds of problems. With the Ecovacs, not one tangled brushed yet! Overall, this has been a great unit with killer performance, with a roller mop which in my opinion is the way of the future for these robot all in ones. The app is great and super user friendly. My only real complaint with this vacuum is that I wish there was a mop only mode.If you’re one the fence, just do it!

Frustrated
Had this vacuum for three days. It stopped and said it was stuck every three minutes. It wasn’t stuck. I really think it was malfunctioning. This vacuum didn’t program well either. I programmed it to not go in certain areas and it did anyway. I hated it and I was so frustrated.

Worth it
This robot vacuum is so worth it. It has an app with different features that can be customized to your liking. We have in our living room and the floor has been so much cleaner and it smells nice too. The size is not too big, but not too small, we had it in between to our water dispenser and tv which fits great. Definitely a worthy purchase.
