    Really neat at solid price
I made my own white-boards with galvanized sheet metal (from the big, blue hardware store) and this erase board sticker. I really liked the ease of applying it and it stuck perfectly to the sheet metal, which is smooth, easy to write on, and now (bonus) magnetic. The decal is a thick, quality material that I am very happy with it. The sheet metal was 36×24 inches, so I made two, big white-boards with one decal. For me, it was much cheaper to build these than buy magnetic white-boards this size. That said, building material prices are going bonkers right now, so that may not work out as well right now. I’ll try and add pictures when I get a frame built and everything hung up and pretty.

Good so far, have extra for another wall
I like the fact that it is a roll of 4 feet by 8 feet. I also like that behind the actual film, there is a grid for people to use to cut exact squares (the grid is on the wax paper side that protects the white board film. The eraser has a magnetic side, and after using the marker that came with it, I haven’t really noticed any graying/stains. The final thing I really liked was that the squeegee that came for installing it has two sides, the super smooth side that is used for surfaces like glass, and a furry side that is used in uneven surfaces like walls. As long as the surface you are installing it is semi smooth, clean and not dusty, it will stick (I added a blue tape on the edges to designate where the film ends and my wall begins apart from protecting the edges from anything that might force it to unstick, especially pointy things. Now the negatives. There are at times a few small (hardly noticeable) smudges that might appear. I only have 2 on the very bottom left of the image (try looking for them if you can). Hardly noticeable, and not really an issue for me.Further points. If a person is setting up anything bigger than a 3 feet by 2 feet square, and it is your first time doing or using something like this, get some help, you will need it. If you have experience putting reflective or any other type of film on glass, you can probably manage solo, probably. This film gets installed in almost the exact same way as window film, if you are unsure, there are tons of videos on YouTube on how to install window film. Finally, if a person wisher to install this on glass or plexiglass, so that they use the marker on the glass instead of the film, that is doable as well.Final thoughts, I like it, I will definitely be using it, and the roll is long enough to either do a bigger wall (5X8) or replace the installed one once it goes bad. Hope this review helps.

easily converted a closet door to a whiteboard
This product is pretty much I was hoping for and I am pleasantly surprised with the result. Installation is a bit finicky trying to get it level while peeling the backing off what’s essentially a giant sticker (have someone help!) It comes with a tool to smooth out air bubbles which worked well. I installed mine on bifold closet doors and just ran a thin blade down the seams to create panels. Worked perfectly! The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the included eraser isn’t great and it requires a bit more cleaning than expected after use to get rid of dry erase ink residue. Maybe it just needs some seasoning? It seems durable and adheres very well.

    I love this product
I had a “whiteboard paint” in my office until a recent remaodel. Because of issues with the paint wearing off and not eraising properly, when we refinished my office I bought this product. I researched and was willing to pay for quality. This brand is a bit higher but WELL worth it. The product applied relatively easily and allowed for forgiveness as we had to adjust a couple of times. I applied the 36″ x 72″ size. I have already started writing in many colors, find it easy to erase and really pleased with the product. I may purchase the calendar version.

    AMAZING PRODUCT!! AMAZING COMPANY!!
I bought 5 of these decals (3 different sizes) to cover old magnetic chalkboards. I was amazed at how easy they were to install–and without bubbles! The decals are thick and sturdy, but that quality did not minimize the magnetism of my old boards. The adhesive is amazing; it is possible to pull the sheet off if you need to, but it isn’t going anywhere on its own. I did have one minor issue with one roll, but I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to help me out and make it right (super quickly). Also, the boards are very easy to cleanly erase. SO happy with my purchases!!

    Erases clean!!
Bought the 36”x48” version to re-surface the old worn-out whiteboard in my office. Arrived in a roll, good heavy-duty thick material. It took some time to cut it to size, and get it smooth during installation. The enclosed smoothing tool worked well. There are a few bubbles, but nothing bad. But here is the best part… the smooth glossy surface erases PERFECTLY. Doesn’t matter if I use the dry erase markers that came with it, or dark red Expo Extreme markers, it erases cleanly every time. Also doesn’t matter if I leave the marks for an hour or a month, it erases cleanly every time. Very pleased with this purchase, and I would highly recommend.

This peeled off paint from the wall during removal
I actually love this decal but it did take off some of the flat paint and drywall paper during removal. This may not have happened with a different type of paint.

    Easy
It was easy take out, easy set up, if you make a mistake it is sticky enough to come off and re-install. Highly recommend for classroom or home.

This is not a high-quality Post-It clone unfortunately. It’s a cheap alternative. Which I wish I’d realised before I ordered. This isn’t my main complaint however – I received this today folded in half with the end battered. Hardly fit to put on a wall. I’ve just wasted my money on this. Don’t buy. Spend the extra and go with Post-It!Oh, and it didn’t come with a board cleaner and pen.

Excellent quality sheet, not too thin and not too thick. Installation on large size boards is definitely not to be done by 1 person. Mine was 36 inch by 72 inch. I tried pasting the sheet while the board was up. Then realized my mistake. Brought the board down and it took me, my wife and son to paste the sheet over it. Now the white board is as good as new. The sheet has nicely marked grid lines at the back to aid accurate cutting. I even stuck the remaining pieces on my table to make them like whiteboards. Totally awesome.Just an update after seeing the negative reviews regarding not able to erase. That issue is due to cheap whiteboard markers. I use a Pilot white board marker and the writing goes off with no effort. Also, we should never let the writing be on the board for hours. Then it gets difficult to erase, and that’s true of any whiteboard. Also someone here says it took hours to install. Just follow the below steps to install correctly.1. Bring the old white board down to the floor.2. Cut accurately, slightly lesser than ur old whiteboard dimensions.3. Thoroughly clean the old whiteboard.4. Get 2 friends to help, and paste from one end, roll out to the other. Will take a couple tries if it goes cross.
